Abstract: Providing of an electronic map displaying preferred real-world locations to utilize in connection with an augmented reality world. A request is received at a server computer to provide the electronic map to utilize in connection with the augmented reality world. A geolocation is received. Real-world locations in a vicinity are queried from a real-world location profile. A virtual location profile of virtual locations in the augmented reality world is accessed to generate an initial virtual location set. A participant preference profile containing virtual preferences and real-world preferences is accessed. Real-time participant data is accessed. The virtual locations in the initial virtual location set are prioritized to generate a prioritized virtual location set. The prioritized virtual location set is limited based upon the real-time participant data to generate a real-time prioritized location set. The electronic map is generated based upon the real-time prioritized location set, and transmitted.

Abstract: A method, computer system, and a computer program product for reducing a motion sickness episode experienced by a user. The present invention may include detecting a triggering environment associated with the user, wherein detection of such environment utilizes a plurality of analyzed data associated with a plurality of sensors. The present invention may then include extracting a piece of data associated with the environment in further association with the motion sickness episode experienced by the user. The present invention may also generate one or more responses based on the extracted piece of data associated with the motion sickness episode. The present invention may then implement the generated one or more responses associated with the motion sickness episode by utilizing an augmented reality (AR) device. The present invention may further include providing a piece of feedback associated with the generated one or more responses associated with the motion sickness episode.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, computer program product, and system for generating hashtags. The method comprises receiving content to be posted on a social media service and analyzing the content to identify at least one item included in the content. Generating a first hashtag tree, wherein the content of the first hashtag tree contains information that indirectly relates to the identified at least one item, wherein the first hierarchical hashtag tree is comprised of multiple levels, wherein the first hierarchical hashtag tree includes words or phrases indirectly relates to the identified at least one item. Generating at least one hashtag from the first hierarchical hashtag tree and adding the at least one hashtag to the content and posting the content and the added at least one hashtag to the social media service, wherein the at least one hashtag is automatically added.

Abstract: A system and method for filtering search results to exclude technically incompatible devices with a user's existing IoT network includes analyzing the search query to determine an objective of a user, calculating a relevance score for each IoT device, profiling an existing IoT network associated with the user, determining a compatibility of each IoT device with the existing IoT network, combining the relevance score and an ease of incorporation score to determine a total score, and filtering the search results for the IoT devices according to the total score, such that an optimal device is displayed at a top of the search results from the search engine on a webpage among other IoT devices that are above a minimum ease of incorporation score and removing other IoT devices from the search results displayed on the webpage that are below the minimum ease of incorporation score.

Abstract: An approach is provided that provides a dynamic live feed recommendation to a user on the basis of the user's real-time reaction to a live feed content. A video is transmitted to a user's display device with the video including a number of tagged segments. Multimedia response data is received from the user's display device of the user watching the content. A degree of user engagement is determined based on the received multimedia response data corresponding to the content segments. When user engagement falls below a threshold, then alternative content options are identified based on the determined degree of user engagement and these alternative content options are transmitted to the user display device for display in an area proximate to the display of the video content.

Abstract: Methods and systems for use in processing streaming video content to determine portions of interest to a viewer and arrange content display accordingly. In various examples, a streaming video processing system determines a plurality of media content tags associated with streaming video content, including a first tag associated with a stored portion of the streaming video content and a second tag associated with a current portion of the streaming video content. The system calculates a first interest correlation value based on the first tag and a cognitive profile associated with a content requestor, and a second interest correlation value based on the second tag and the cognitive profile. When the first interest correlation value indicates a greater interest level than the second interest correlation value, the system facilitates display of the stored portion of the streaming video content prior to display of the current portion of the streaming video content.

Abstract: Image description specificity determination is provided by a method that obtains digital content to be presented on a device to a user. The digital content includes a digital image, of which a description is to be provided to the user, and text. The method further analyzes the digital content and ascertains a context under which the description of the digital image is to be provided to the user. The method determines, based at least in part on the context, a level of specificity for describing the digital image to the user. The method presents the digital content, including the digital image, to the user in accordance with the determined level of specificity for describing the digital image.

Abstract: The program directs a computer processor to implement a method that dynamically operates one or more appliances.
