    Abstract: Systems and methods for customer touchpoint pattern and sentiment analysis are disclosed. In embodiments, a computer-implemented method comprises: detecting, by a computer device, the presence of a mobile device of a participant within a venue during a first event; monitoring, by the computing device, the location of the mobile device of the participant within the venue during the first event; detecting, by the computing device, at least one interaction event between the participant and a venue associate; recording, by the computing device, first event data including interaction event data; detecting, by the computing device, the presence of the mobile device of the participant within the venue during a second event; determining, by the computing device, one or more customer service parameters based on the first event data; and generating, by the computing device, an alert based on the one or more customer service parameters.

    Abstract: A method, computer program product, and visual display apparatus include a processor(s) obtaining, via a camera device, a unique identifier, wherein the unique identifier was captured by the image capture functionality of the camera device during a given temporal period. Based on the unique identifier, the processor(s) determines an application, where a graphical user interface of the application, when rendered through a client during the given temporal period, displayed the unique identifier (and was captured by the camera device). The processor(s) obtain, from the camera device, identifying data relevant to a user associated with the camera device. Based on the unique identifier and the identifying data, the processor(s) provides content targeted to the user.

    Abstract: Methods, products, apparatuses, and systems may manage a threat condition. A plurality of triggers may be identified over a period of time. Each of the triggers may be associated with a threat risk value. An accumulation value may be determined based on an aggregation of each threat risk value over the period of time. A set of progressive threshold values associated with a set of progressive threat conditions may be defined. A threat condition from the set of threat conditions may be established for the device based on the accumulation value. The threat condition may be managed, for example by defining an operational mode for the device, in response to the threat condition.
