    Abstract: This disclosure relates to a communication method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a reference signal sent by a network device; measuring the reference signal to obtain at least one piece of beam quality; and reporting specified differential beam quality indication information to the network device, where the specified differential beam quality indication information is used to indicate that beam quality reporting is abnormal, and/or the specified differential beam quality indication information is used to indicate that beam quality corresponding to the specified differential beam quality indication information is a specified value. A corresponding apparatus is further disclosed. According to the solution in this disclosure, specified differential beam quality indication information is used to indicate that beam quality reporting is abnormal or indicate that beam quality is a specified value, so that beam quality can be accurately reported.

    Abstract: This application provides an information transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: determining a time domain density of a phase tracking reference signal PTRS; determining a frequency domain density of the phase tracking reference signal PTRS based on available bandwidth, or determining a frequency domain density of the phase tracking reference signal PTRS based on a scheduled resource block RB or an available resource block RB; mapping the PTRS to one or more orthogonal frequency division multiplexing OFDM symbols based on the time domain density and the frequency domain density; and sending a signal that includes the OFDM symbol to which the PTRS is mapped. The corresponding apparatus is also disclosed. When the technical solution of this application is used, a quantity of PTRSs can be prevented from jumping when a value of scheduled bandwidth is close to a threshold, both accuracy of common phase error estimation and spectral efficiency are taken into consideration, and the PTRSs can be uniformly mapped in the scheduled or available bandwidth, thereby properly configuring the PTRSs.

The transfer model training method includes: obtaining to-be-processed data (301), where the to-be-processed data includes unlabeled data from a target domain and labeled data from a source domain; obtaining a plurality of data segments of each dimension of data in the to-be-processed data (302), where the plurality of data segments are not the same; and training a transfer model based on the plurality of data segments, to obtain a trained transfer model (303). According to the method, both an overall feature of the to-be-processed data and a local feature hidden between the data segments can be obtained. This can effectively improve accuracy of data processing.
