Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a reference signal transmission method and apparatus, a network device, and user equipment. The method in the embodiments of the present invention includes: sending, by a first network device NE1 to which a first cell CELL1 belongs, a first reference signal RS based on first configuration information to a second network device NE2 to which a second cell CELL2 belongs, where the first configuration information includes information used to indicate a time-frequency resource used by the NE1 for sending the first RS. The reference signal transmission method provided in the embodiments of the present invention is used to resolve a prior-art problem of a high bit error rate of uplink data due to interference.

Abstract: A physical downlink control channel transmission method is provided, and the method is used by a wireless network device to send N signal sets, where each signal set is used to transmit control information of one or more terminals, a signal in the signal set includes a PDCCH or a PDCCH and a PCFICH. The method includes: sending, by the wireless network device, each signal set to the terminal on a resource that can be occupied by the signal set, where the wireless network device performs sending processing on each signal set, and the sending processing includes at least one of multiplexing, scrambling, modulation, interleaving, or resource mapping. Interference between signal sets may be canceled, PCFICH and PDCCH transmission reliability may be improved, and the terminal receives the PCFICH and the PDCCH on a resource of a received signal set, to reduce complexity of detecting a signal by the terminal.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide: dividing, by a base station, a frequency band of a cell into N frequency ranges, where the N frequency ranges include a common frequency range and a dedicated frequency range; sending, by the base station, information about the N frequency ranges and random access resource information of the cell to a UE; mapping, by the base station, a service bearer DRB of the UE into at least one frequency range of the N frequency ranges; and transmitting, by using a radio interface technology supported by the specified frequency range into which the DRB is mapped, a service carried on the DRB with the UE. A method for using a radio interface technology includes: using, by UE, a common frequency range, and optionally, using, by the UE, a dedicated frequency range to perform wireless network access.

Abstract: In a communication method, a first communication apparatus obtains first configuration information of a first signal, where the first configuration information is associated with a first communication procedure of the first communication apparatus. The first communication apparatus obtains second configuration information of the first signal, where the second configuration information is associated with a second communication procedure of the first communication apparatus.
