    Abstract: A configuration information sending method and an apparatus is applied to fields such as user cooperation, user relay, and an internet of vehicles. First configuration information is sent to a first user group, where the first configuration information indicates at least one resource element, the first user group includes a first terminal apparatus and a second terminal apparatus, and the first terminal apparatus is configured to assist in information transmission between a first network apparatus and the second terminal apparatus. The first network apparatus sends first downlink control information to the first user group, where the first downlink control information indicates a first resource element in the at least one resource element and a first time-frequency resource, and the first time-frequency resource belongs to the first resource element.

    Abstract: A data sending apparatus includes a processor and a transceiver. The processor is configured to generate K first frequency-domain data streams, wherein a kth first frequency-domain data stream of the K first frequency-domain data streams is determined by performing preprocessing on a kth first modulated data stream, and the preprocessing includes at least a Fourier transform, a cyclic extension, or a phase rotation.     Abstract: This application provides a communication method and an apparatus, to help improve transmission efficiency of an uplink XR service. The method includes: A terminal device sends, to a core network device, a first identifier indicating a transmission requirement. Then, the terminal device obtains, based on a first parameter sent by the core network device, a quality of service flow that meets the transmission requirement, and sends a plurality of pieces of first information to an access network device based on the quality of service flow.
