Embodiments of the present invention disclose an optical transmitter, a 10 G-DML, an MPD 1, an MPD 2, a collimation lens, and a narrowband optical filter are disposed in a TO to achieve monitoring of an optical power, received optical powers are monitored by using the MPD 1 and the MPD 2, the detected optical powers are output to a wavelength locking monitoring circuit by using a TO pin, variations, which are detected by the wavelength locking monitoring circuit, of the optical power and a variation of a wavelength locking factor K0 are separately compared with corresponding thresholds, and a comparison result are sent to a wavelength locking control circuit, to enable the wavelength locking control circuit to adjust, according to the comparison result and by using the TO pin, a temperature of a TEC to perform wavelength alignment.

This application discloses an alarm processing method and apparatus, a device, and a readable storage medium. An example method includes generating an alarm attribute graph based on alarm records in a target network and topology data of the target network. The alarm attribute graph includes identifiers of a plurality of devices, a communication connection relationship between the plurality of devices, type information of the plurality of devices, and alarm attribute information of the plurality of devices. The alarm attribute information of each device includes a name of an alarm occurring in the device and a time point at which each alarm occurs in the device.

A route advertisement method, where a second communication apparatus sends a BGP message to a third communication apparatus. The BGP message includes a first routing prefix, a first next-hop address, and a first color attribute. An address segment of the first routing prefix is a first address segment of the second communication apparatus, and the first color attribute indicates a first service intent. The second communication apparatus may further advertise a first SRv6 service route to a first communication apparatus. The first SRv6 service route includes a first SRv6 SID which is an address in the first address segment. The second communication apparatus and the first communication apparatus belong to different domains.

A material for blocking crosstalk, an optical assembly, and a method for preparing the material are provided. The optical assembly includes an optical receive assembly, where a periphery of the optical receive assembly includes a transparent region and a non-transparent region; the transparent region is made of the material, where a first layer of film is located on a side opposite to an optical receiving direction, and a second layer of film is located on a side opposite to the optical receive assembly; and the non-transparent region is of an electrical-signal shielding structure.
