Abstract: An uplink channel sending method includes sending, by a terminal device, a first uplink channel to a network device at a first power in a first time unit of a first Bandwidth Part (BWP) region, and sending, by the terminal device, the first uplink channel to the network device at a second power in a second time unit of a second BWP region. The second time unit is adjacent to the first time unit, the second BWP region is different from the first BWP region, and the second power is determined using a reset accumulated closed-loop power, an absolute closed-loop power, or the first power and an offset value.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a communication method, a network device, and a terminal device. Under the method, a network device can send SRS configuration information of a first transmission resource and of a second transmission resource to a terminal device. The first transmission resource is a switching source carrier or bandwidth part. The second transmission resource is a switching destination carrier or bandwidth part. The SRS configuration information of the first and second transmission resource includes a first OFDM symbol set and a second OFDM symbol set respectively. Some and all symbols in the first set and second set may be used by the terminal device to send an SRS on the first and second transmission resource respectively. In various embodiments, the network device configures one or more symbols for the terminal device to transmit an SRS, so that high-frequency channel measurement can be better supported.

Abstract: Example uplink control information sending methods, network devices, and terminals are described. In one example method, a terminal determines physical uplink control channel PUCCH channel resource configuration information. The PUCCH channel resource configuration information is used to instruct the terminal to send uplink control information based on a configured PUCCH channel resource, and the PUCCH channel resource configuration information is preconfigured, or is sent by a network device. The terminal sends the uplink control information based on the PUCCH channel resource configuration information using the configured PUCCH channel resource. The uplink control information includes one or a combination of downlink data acknowledgement information, a downlink channel state information, a scheduling request, and buffer state information.
