Abstract: A second access network node sends endpoint information of a second transmission path on the second access network node side to the first access network node. The second transmission path is a transmission path that is between the second access network node and a third access network node. The third access network node sends endpoint information of the second transmission path on the third access network node side to the first access network node. The first access network node sends the endpoint information of the second transmission path on the third access network node side to the second access network node, and sends the endpoint information of the second transmission path on the second access network node side to the third access network node.

Abstract: Example communication methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes that a first communications apparatus sends quality of service (QoS) flow information to a second communications apparatus, where a QoS flow indicated by the QoS flow information corresponds to at least one bearer type. The first communications apparatus receives a QoS flow list sent by the second communications apparatus based on the QoS flow information, where each QoS flow list is mapped to a radio bearer. The first communications apparatus sends a radio bearer identifier of the QoS flow list to the second communications apparatus. In the embodiments of this application, a base station itself determines a radio bearer or a DRB used to transmit the QoS flow.

Abstract: An inter-base-station synchronization method and a device are provided. The method includes: sending, by a source base station, a request for time synchronization to a target base station, request for time synchronization; receiving, by the source base station, an acknowledgment message from the target base station; sending, by the source base station, a particular sequence to a target user terminal located in a particular area, so that the target user terminal sends the particular sequence; and detecting, by the source base station, the particular sequence, and performing time synchronization between the source base station and the target base station. According to the present disclosure, the user terminal located in the particular area forwards the particular sequence, so that to-be-synchronized base stations detect the particular sequence to implement inter-base-station time synchronization.
