    Abstract: A light detection device detects an incident position of light. The plurality of pixels are arranged two-dimensionally in a matrix and individually have a first photosensitive portion and a second photosensitive portion. The first circuit connects a plurality of first photosensitive portions to each other for every row. The second circuit connects a plurality of second photosensitive portions to each other for every column. The first reading unit reads signal data through the first circuit. The second reading unit reads signal data through the second circuit. The first circuit includes row switches arranged to switch electrical connection and disconnection between first photosensitive portions adjacent to each other in the same row.

    Abstract: A plurality of pixels are arranged two-dimensionally in a matrix and individually include a first photosensitive portion and a second photosensitive portion. A plurality of first wirings connect a plurality of first photosensitive portions to each other for every row. A plurality of second wirings connect a plurality of second photosensitive portions to each other for every column. A first reading unit is arranged to read signal data through at least some of the plurality of first wirings. A second reading unit is arranged to read signal data through at least some of the plurality of second wirings. The first reading unit has a reading pixel setting unit arranged to set, based on signal data read in the first frame, a pixel group for reading signal data in a second frame subsequent to a first frame from the plurality of pixels.

    Abstract: An X-ray generation device includes an X-ray tube including an electron gun that generates an electron beam and a target that generates an X-ray by incidence of the electron beam; a power supply portion including a booster that boosts an input voltage from outside to generate a high voltage and an insulating block that seals the booster with an insulating material; and a control unit that performs control to generate the X-ray. The control unit includes a first information processing element that performs at least part of the control using a digital signal at a high potential based on the high voltage. The first information processing element is sealed with the insulating material in the insulating block.

    Abstract: A light beam irradiation device includes a light source unit that emits a light beam, a reflection mirror and a driving unit that swings the reflection mirror under supply of a driving signal, and comprises the light deflection unit receiving and reflecting the light beam emitted from the light source unit using the reflection mirror, a light deflection angle detection unit that includes a light reception surface that receives the light beam reflected by the reflection mirror, the light deflection angle detection unit detecting a position of the light beam on the light reception surface at a frequency equal to or higher than four times a resonance frequency of the light deflection unit and outputting a detection signal indicating the position, and an operation control unit that corrects the driving signal on the basis of the detection signal and outputs the corrected driving signal to the light deflection unit.

    Abstract: An eyeblink measurement system 10 is a measurement apparatus for measuring a subject's eyelid position, and includes a lighting device 1 that irradiates light extending across upper to lower eyelids of the subject's eye region E, and an image measurement device 2 that has an optical axis Ia on a plane for which a plane including an irradiation optical axis La of the light is rotated by a predetermined angle θ around an axis A1 along the light to be irradiated onto the subject, obtains height information based on the position of an optical image of the light in an image imaged, and measures the eyelid position based on the height information.
