Disclosed are a wireless communication apparatus for reducing interference by a neighboring cell, and a method of reducing interference thereof. The method of reducing interference by a wireless communication apparatus includes: determining a neighboring small cell from one or more surrounding small cells adjacent to a small cell; allocating a communication resource to one or more users according to a channel state of the one or more users subscribing to the small cell; and transmitting data to the one or more users, to which the communication resource is allocated, by adopting one or more interference reducing methods for reducing interference by the neighboring small cell.

Disclosed are an apparatus and a method of calculating available channels considering a priority in a TVWS. An apparatus for calculating available channels considering a priority in a TVWS according to the present invention includes: a communication module configured to receive a request for information on usable available channels from a TV Band Device (TVBD); an available channel calculation unit configured to calculate one or more available channels usable by the TVBD based on one or more predetermined reference parameters according to the request; a priority assignment unit configured to assign a priority to each of the calculated available channels, generate an available channel list including the available channels to which the priorities are assigned, and provide the TVBD with the generated available channel list; and a database configured to store the available channels, to which the priorities are assigned, calculated for each TVBD.

A power control method for reducing power consumption of a terminal during retransmission in a wireless communication system using spread spectrum may include: transmitting a response message corresponding to a request message received from a base station to the base station; determining whether an acknowledgement (ACK) message is received from the base station in response to the response message; after the ACK message is received, determining whether the response message is decoded by the base station on the basis of the ACK message; and when it is determined that the response message is not decoded by the base station, setting retransmission transmission power randomly.

A method of managing identification information of a drone may include: generating an access message, wherein the access message includes an identifier for the ground identification device, which is a transmitter, an identifier for a receiver, an execution function command for classifying and defining a function to be performed, a serial number for transmitting information sequentially and retransmitting the information when transmission fails, data size information for informing a size of data to be transmitted, and transmission data; and transmitting the access message to an integrated management system corresponding to the identifier for the receiver.

The present invention relates to a method for operating a first communication node in a wireless local area network (WLAN) supporting a multi-link operation, comprising the steps of: setting a first transmit window size of a first link for transmitting a plurality of frames to a second communication node; transmitting the plurality of frames through the first link; when the state of a channel detected through channel sensing in the second link is an idle state, setting a transmit opportunity (TXOP) in the channel; and when the transmit opportunity is set, performing an agreement with the second communication node on the size of a second transmit window for transmitting the plurality of frames. Therefore, it is possible to improve the performance of a communication system.

A low-power station may comprise a processor; a memory storing at least one instruction executable by the processor; a receiver for receiving a WUR PPDU according to the at least one instruction; and a transceiver for transmitting and receiving a legacy PPDU according to the at least one instruction, and the at least one instruction may be configured to cause the receiver to receive a WUR wake-up frame from the access point in an on-duration within a WUR duty cycle period; when the WUR wake-up frame is received, cause the processor to transmit a first signal requesting wake-up to the transceiver; and when the first signal is received, cause the transceiver to transition from a sleep state to a wake-up state at a TWT configured between the access point and the low-power station.

Disclosed is a method of allocating radio resources, including: acquiring available channel information of a cognitive radio small cell; analyzing a channel characteristic based on the available channel information and dividing a required transmission rate of the cognitive radio small cell into required transmission rates for each available channel; and performing a power control for each available channel based on the divided required transmission rates for each available channel. The method of allocating radio resources may be performed under an interference environment in which a plurality of cognitive radio small cells is present and the plurality of cognitive radio small cells shares an available channel.
