Abstract:
A light-receiving device having an electromagnetic interference removal function is provided. The light-receiving device includes a waveguide-shaped structure that extends in a traveling direction of photons and high-frequency electromagnetic waves incident on a light-receiving area and that surrounds the light-receiving area, and an insulating layer configured to fix the waveguide-shaped structure.
Abstract:
A probe antenna, a probing system, and a power density measuring method to measure a power density of a near-field electromagnetic field are disposed. The probe antenna includes a board, and a conductor transmitting line formed on the board, having a constant line width, and formed in a polygonal shape or in a closed-curve shape. The conductor transmitting line is divided into a first transmitting line and a second transmitting line that are separated from each other, and includes a first receiving port formed with one end of the first transmitting line and one end of the second transmitting line and a second receiving port formed with another end of the first transmitting line and another end of the second transmitting line.
Abstract:
Provided is a magnetic field measuring device including a first sensor unit which includes a first coil sensor configured to output a first sensor signal, a second sensor unit which includes a second coil sensor configured to output a second sensor signal and disposed in a direction perpendicular to the first coil sensor, a third sensor unit which includes a third coil sensor configured to output a third sensor signal and disposed in a direction perpendicular to the first and second coil sensors, and a digital signal processor outputs magnetic flux density based on a voltage difference between the first and fourth nodes, wherein the first to third sensor units respectively output first to third output signals in which specific voltages of the first to third sensor signals are maintained for a predetermined period of time.
