摘要: A cutting tooth (101) of a cutting device is disclosed as part of a closure device for opening a container covering for the first time. The shape of the cutting tooth (101) with a blunted tooth tip (1011) with a cutting edge (1012) leads to improved cutting results, wherein the container covering is notched or nicked. Here, each cutting tooth (101) has a robust tooth tip (1011) without edges which cuts into the container covering as a result of rotation of a cap of the closure device, wherein the cutting device is moved along with it.

摘要: A device (1) is proposed which consists of a pouring nozzle (2) with a cylindrical circumferential wall (20) and with an internal thread (21) and a terminal flange (22), into which an adapter (3) can be screwed. The adapter (3) has an inlet end (30) with an external thread (32) and an outlet end (31) with a conical tube attachment (35). At least one combined perforating and cutting tooth (34) is formed integrally on its lower edge in the screwing-on direction. In order to achieve as high a sealing force as possible between the tubular bag (4) and the adapter (3), a special seal is proposed. To this end, the cylindrical circumferential wall (20) above the terminal flange (22) is guided into a double-walled region. The outer region forms an obliquely outwardly directed conical supporting-wall region (24) and the inner double-walled region (23) is formed by a likewise slightly conically designed but inwardly directed sealing skirt (25). Liquid which possibly tends to penetrate into the thread region while the sealing film is cut open is thus held back.

摘要: The invention relates to a closeable opening device (1) made of a spout fitting (2), a cutting element (3), and a screw cap (4), optimized for assembly and use. To this end, the spout fitting (2) and cutting element (3) are produced as semi-finished goods (5). The cutting element (3) comprises an upper edge (33) at the cylindrical part (30), having recesses (36) distributed uniformly around the circumference. The screw cap (4) comprises ring wall segments (46) on the inner underside of the cover surface thereof, designed diametrically opposite the recesses (36). The upper edge (33) and the ring wall segments (46) slide against each other during assembly, until the ring wall segments (46) engage in the recesses (36) in a form-fit manner. A stable form-fit connection thus exists between the two said parts, allowing greater torque to be transmitted without the problems known from the state of the art occurring.

摘要: The closeable opening device according to the invention comprises a base (2) in which a cutting element (3) is supported. Driving dogs (42) in the closing screw cap (4) engage with driving dogs (32) in the cutting element (3), so that the cutting element (3) is displaced in the base (2) to the end position upon initial opening. At least one first rotational stop (5, 50) ensures that the cutting element remains in position and neither moves upward in an undesired manner when the screw cap is opened, nor can be displaced downward by any relative displacement of the two parts, thus causing same to fall into the container. The first rotational stop (5) is made of a rib (50) on the inner face of the spout (20), which interacts with a recess in the form of a flat spot (35) on the cutting element (3). A second rotational stop (5) made of a stop cam (52) can additionally be present at the spout end (51) of the inner thread (24) in the spout (20), against which the inlet end (36) of the outer thread (31) on the cutting element (3) is stopped. When using both rotational stops (5), an end position of the cutting element (3) is secured in a form-fit as well as force-fit manner in the base (2).

The bottom part (2) has a flange (20) on which a nozzle (21) is integrally formed. A tapering, arched, conical part (23) follows over the cylindrical part. The top part (3) consists of a retaining ring (30), which is connected to a cap (40) via a tightening strap (31). The retaining ring (30) comprises form-fit means (33) which engage with the form-fit means (25) on the cylindrical part (22) of the nozzle. The retaining ring (30) is thus held on the nozzle (21) in a rotatable but axially fixed manner. The cap (40) has an internal thread (48) which clamps with the external thread (26) of the nozzle (21).
