摘要: In a utility vehicle transmission having an input shaft, a main shaft and an output shaft, a countershaft is provided which can be decoupled in direct gear, a high number of gears wherein power is transmitted from the input shaft to the output shaft directly via the main shaft while providing for a high number of gears by two shiftable input constants with different transmission ratios which are selectively engageable with either of the various forward transmission stages and the reverse transmission stage but which also permit the return flow of power from the input shaft to the main shaft via the input constants.

摘要: In a load shift transmission for a utility vehicle having a transmission input shaft, a split group, a main group and a range group, a dual clutch with two input shafts, a main shaft and a countershaft with input constants including loose gear wheels, one loose gear wheel of an input constant is selectively rotationally fixedly connectable by means of shift elements to either one of the input shafts which can in each case be coupled by means of clutches (K1,K2) to the main transmission input shaft, the countershaft can be driven by one of three input constants with power being transmitted via the countershaft in all forward gears with the exception of a direct gear. The arrangement provides, with a simple design, for the possibility to carry out sequential shifts and multiple up-shifts and multiple down-shifts without an interruption in traction force.

摘要: In a double clutch transmission in which an input shaft can be coupled by two load clutches selectively with a central intermediate shaft and a concentric intermediate shaft and each of the intermediate shafts can be operatively connected by gear stages selectively to a first or a second jackshaft arranged in the power output path to a driven vehicle axle, wherein the jackshafts are arranged parallel to the transmission input and intermediate shafts, the intermediate shafts each have at least one gear firmly mounted thereon which forms the input gear for more than one of the gear stages provided for different transmission gear ratios so as to form a compact transmission arrangement, particularly for transverse engine applications.

摘要: The invention relates to a twin clutch transmission of high efficiency which is compact in every dimension. This twin clutch transmission can be used particularly in vehicles having a longitudinally installed engine. For this purpose, the transmission input shaft and the transmission output shaft are arranged coaxially with respect to one another, whereas the two countershafts are arranged parallel to one another. Furthermore, the shift sleeves are arranged in a special way, thus making seven forward gears and a plurality of reverse gears possible.
