    Abstract: This disclosure relates to an organic electroluminescent structure and a display device. The organic electroluminescent structure includes a base substrate; a passivation protective layer provided at a side of the base substrate, in which the passivation protective layer is provided with a plurality of inner cutting portions arranged at intervals at a side facing away from the base substrate, each of the inner cutting portions has a first surface towards the base substrate and a second surface away from the base substrate, an orthographic projection of the first surface on the base substrate is within an orthographic projection of the second surface on the base substrate, and a groove is provided between two adjacent inner cutting portions and is formed as an inner cutting structure; an anode layer including a plurality of anodes arranged at intervals; an organic light-emitting functional layer having a hole injection layer.

    Abstract: A display substrate and a manufacturing method and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes: a base substrate, a first insulation layer, a first electrode pattern, a connecting electrode pattern, a second electrode, a light-emitting functional layer, and a first filling layer. The second electrode is connected with the connecting electrode pattern, the second electrode and the first electrode pattern are spaced apart from each other. The light-emitting functional layer is located between the first electrode pattern and the second electrode. The first filling layer is located between the connecting electrode pattern and the first electrode pattern. The first filling layer and the light-emitting functional layer are different layers; a portion of the first insulation layer that is located between the first electrode pattern and the connecting electrode pattern has a groove, and the first filling layer is at least partially located in the groove.

    Abstract: A display substrate is provided, including a base and a first electrode layer. The first electrode layer includes a transparent conductive layer and a reflective layer. The transparent conductive layer includes transparent conductive units that are spaced apart, a transparent conductive unit includes a flat surface and sides on peripheries, and an included angle between the flat surface and a side is an obtuse angle. The reflective layer is located on a side of the transparent conductive layer proximate to the base. The reflective layer includes reflective units that are spaced apart; the reflective units and the transparent conductive units are in one-to-one correspondence, and a reflective unit and a corresponding transparent conductive unit are electrically connected; and an orthographic projection of the reflective unit on the base is within a range of an orthographic projection of a flat surface of the corresponding transparent conductive unit on the base.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display substrate which includes a central display area and an arc-shaped stretch area located at a corner of the central display area, wherein the method includes: preparing a substrate to be etched, which includes a flexible substrate, a stack structure disposed on the flexible substrate, and a last-dry-etched metal layer disposed on a side of the stack structure away from the flexible substrate, the stack structure including an active layer, at least one conductive layer, and a plurality of insulating layers, wherein the last-dry-etched metal layer is a last metal layer that is formed through dry etching; and forming a stretch groove by patterning the substrate to be etched, wherein the stretch groove is disposed in the stretch area and passes through the stack structure and a part of the flexible substrate. A display substrate, a display panel and a display device are further provided.
