More specifically, date and time data as reproduced is corrected in time difference on the basis of time-difference correction information corresponding to an area beforehand inputted by a key operation, and the time-difference-corrected date and time data is displayed while being superimposed on the reproduced video image.

摘要： An image outputting apparatus is provided with a reproduction circuit for reproducing moving images from a recording medium by operating a recording-medium transport circuit, a recording circuit for recording on a recording substance an image for one picture included in the moving images by operating a feeding circuit which feeds the recording substance, and a control circuit arranged to control the feeding circuit to feed the recording substance to a predetermined position so as to shift a recording position on the recording substance, while controlling the recording-medium transport circuit to transport the recording medium to a predetermined position, and to control. the recording medium-transport circuit and the recording circuit in an interlocked manner so as to record the image for one picture on the recording substance. The arrangement of these parts in combination permits reduction in capacity of an image memory and also in processing time of the apparatus.

摘要： An information signal recording and/or reproducing apparatus is arranged to be capable of quickly and accurately discriminating between recording and unrecording of an information signal on a tape-shaped recording medium by detecting all of signals sequentially reproduced from the tape-shaped recording medium by a plurality of rotary heads which trace the tape-shaped recording medium. The real end part of any existing record can be accurately detected by transporting the tape-shaped recording medium in a direction reverse to the direction taken in recording, according to the result of the discrimination; and by initializing a counter which counts pulses generated according to the transport of the recording medium, in response to the recording of the information signal being detected in process of transporting the tape-shaped recording medium in the reverse direction.

摘要： A video camera having a control target which can be controlled by an external control apparatus via communication, and a control method of the video camera. In first memory of the video camera, predetermined standard control data for the control target is stored. When communication is established with an external control apparatus, control data from the external control apparatus is temporarily stored in second memory, and it is determined whether or not a communication error has occurred in the communication with the external control apparatus. If no error is detected in the determination, the control data stored in the second memory is stored in the third memory, but if an error is detected, the control data stored in the second memory is deleted, and the control target is controlled based on the control data stored in the third memory or predetermined standard data stored in the first memory.
