The present invention relates to a human monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to VCAM-1, and a therapeutic composition for the treatment of inflammatory disease or cancer comprising the same. The human monoclonal antibody according to the present invention shows a strong affinity to VCAM-1 expressed on human or mouse endothelial cell, effectively inhibits leukocyte adhesion to activated endothelial cells expressing VCAM-1, and shows a low immunogenicity, thereby being used for the treatment of cancer or inflammatory disease such as asthma, rhinitis, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, bowel disease, arteriosclerosis, myocardial infarction and transplant rejection.

A display device and a control method thereof are provided. The display device includes: a touch screen which displays a screen and senses a gesture of a user on the screen; a video processor which process an image for displaying the screen; a communication unit which performs communication with at least one neighboring device; and a controller which performs control to display a miniature image of a screen of contents being displayed and a first user interface (UI) item showing a connected neighboring device of the at least one neighboring device if a first gesture of a user is made while displaying the screen corresponding to predetermined contents, and to transmit information for sharing the contents to the corresponding neighboring device in accordance with a second gesture of a user with regard to the miniature image and the first UI item.

A method and apparatus for controlling objects of a user interface (UI) are provided. The method and apparatus simultaneously hide and move a selected object to a bottom of a UI when the object is encrypted, thereby not visually exposing the encrypted object to a third person, displaying, through the UI the encrypted object on a predetermined screen, directory or folder, and rearranging unselected objects to fill a space created when the selected object is hidden and moved.

A method for reproducing contents using information received over a network and a display apparatus using the same are provided. The method for reproducing contents includes receiving specific information over a network, and displaying contents to which an image effect corresponding to the received specific information is applied. As an image effect is applied according to information which is received over a network, a user may visually recognize the received information through the image effect.

A method of providing an integrated file list and a video appliance using the same are provided. The video appliance includes a combining unit for combining a video signal to be displayed with desired information, and a control unit for creating an integrated file list enumerated with files stored in a plurality of recording media, and controlling the combining unit to combine the video signal to be displayed with the created integrated file list.
