    摘要: A method for generating a model for epithelial ovarian cancer is presented, comprising the steps of obtaining a mass spectrum for each of a plurality of samples, segmenting each of the mass spectra into “bins,” and determining a plurality of relationships between two or more bins. One are more statistically significant factors are identified according to the determined plurality of relationships, and a predictive model is generated as a function of the one or more identified factors. A method of the present invention may further comprise the step of obtaining one or more nuclear magnetic resonance spectra of each of the samples, which are segmented into a plurality of bins. Combinations of mass spectra and NMR spectra may be used to determine the plurality of relationships. In other embodiments, methods for identifying the presence of EOC indicated by a biological sample of an individual are presented.

    摘要: An ambulatory infusion pump assembly and housing therefore has a cover and a base providing an enclosed cavity. The system includes a liquid pump in fluid communication with a supply source of a liquid drug. The pump and supply source are received in the housing cavity. Further, the system includes a seal providing a liquid tight seal between the cover and the base. A through passage extends from the enclosed cavity external to the housing and an infusion tube extends through the through passage. A fluid tight seal is formed about the infusion tube. A vent is provided in the housing that maintains a balanced pressure state between the enclosed cavity and the atmosphere, while at the same time, the vent prevents the ingress and egress of contaminants into and fluid out of the enclosed cavity.

    摘要: A power distribution module (PDM) can include an input portion configured to receive high-voltage (HV) power from a power source. The PDM can also include a power transfer device electrically coupled to the input portion, where the power transfer device is configured to generate at least one low-voltage signal using the HV power. The PDM can further include an output section electrically coupled to the power transfer device and including a number of output channels. The PDM can also include at least one switch disposed between the output section and the power transfer device, where the at least one switch has an open position and a closed position. The PDM can further include a controller communicably coupled to the at least one switch, where the controller operates the at least one switch between the closed position and the open position based on a power demand measured at the output section.

    摘要: A hybrid distributed low voltage power system can include a first primary power source that distributes line voltage power during a first mode of operation. The system can also include a first secondary power source that receives an input signal during the first mode of operation and distributes a reserve signal during the second mode of operation, where the reserve signal is generated from the input signal. The system can further include a PDM coupled to the first primary power source and the first secondary power source. The system can also include at least one first LV device coupled to the first output channel of the PDM, where the at least one LV device operates using the first LV signal during the first mode of operation, and where the at least one first LV device receives a reserve LV signal during the second mode of operation.
