Abstract: A display device, a method for producing a display device, and a gesture recognition method are disclosed. The display device includes a display module including a base and an array substrate, a resin layer, a first electrode layer, a pixel definition layer, a light-emitting unit layer, a second electrode layer disposed opposite to the first electrode layer, and an encapsulation layer. The light-emitting unit layer is between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer and includes a plurality of light-emitting units respectively in a plurality of openings of the pixel definition layer, and an ultrasonic sensor including the second electrode layer, a piezoelectric material layer between the first electrode layer and the pixel definition layer, and a third electrode layer between the pixel definition layer and the resin layer. The piezoelectric material layer includes a plurality of piezoelectric material units separated by the plurality of light-emitting units.

Abstract: A display panel includes a substrate, pixel circuits and anodes. A row of pixel circuits is divided into pixel circuit groups, and a group includes a first pixel circuit and a second pixel circuit. In the same group, a first pixel circuit is symmetrical with a second pixel circuit about a first axis. Each pixel circuit includes and overlapping portion. Overlapping portions of the first and second pixel circuits are a first overlapping portion and second overlapping portion. Along a second direction, a minimum distance between the first and second overlapping portions in the same group is a first distance, where the second direction is a row direction in which the pixel circuits are arranged. Along the second direction, a minimum distance between adjacent first and second overlapping portions belonging to different groups is a second distance, and the first distance is less than the second distance.

Abstract: A MEMS switch includes: a substrate, an anchor point, the first signal line, a first driving electrode, a switch beam, and a second signal line. The anchor point is on the substrate. The second signal line is on a side of the anchor point close to the substrate. The switch beam is connected with the anchor point, and two ends of the switch beam are suspended and on the side of the anchor point away from the substrate, an orthographic projection of the switch beam onto the substrate surface coincides at least partially with the orthographic projection of the first signal line onto the substrate surface, and an orthographic projection of the first driving electrode onto the substrate surface, respectively.
