    摘要: A machine for welding the rails of a track includes a rail pulling device that grips the rail ends and pulls them together so that they can be welded to one another. Two rail clamps provided for gripping the rails are fastened to the rail pulling device. The rail clamps are each vertically adjustable in their position relative to the rail pulling device by way of a respective adjustment drive in a direction extending perpendicularly to a pulling device plane formed by hydraulic drives of the rail pulling device. With this, the rails can be lifted from ties in a simple manner in order to enable the clamping members of the rail pulling device to grip the rails.

By means of tilting drives, the rail pulling device can additionally be pivoted about an axis extending in the longitudinal direction.

    摘要: In a method of tracing a track geometry immediately ahead of a ballast pick-up device of a cleaning machine in a working direction, a first and a second measuring chord are guided on the track by a respective front and rear end point. A versine measured by a first versine sensor of the first measuring chord is stored, in connection with a distance measurement, for registering the rear end point of the first measuring chord as a desired position with respect to a local track point. After the rear end point of the second measuring chord has reached the local track point, the rear end point is displaced until a measurement value corresponding to the stored versine is reached by a second versine sensor, and thus the desired position has been attained.

    摘要: A mobile tamping machine for tamping ballast under a railroad track includes a machine frame supported on undercarriages running on a main track for moving the machine in an operating direction. A tamping unit is mounted on the machine frame between the undercarriages, and a track lifting and lining unit for leveling and lining the main track is vertically and transversely adjustably mounted on the machine frame immediately ahead of the tamping unit in the operating direction, with drives being provided for vertically and transversely adjusting the track lifting and lining unit. An auxiliary lifting unit is mounted on the machine frame for lifting a branch track branching off the main track at a track switch. A common measuring system associated with the track lifting and lining unit and the auxiliary lifting unit is provided for controlling the lifting of the track switch. The common measuring system includes a mechanical measuring device, which connects the track lifting and lining unit to the auxiliary lifting device and is telescopically extensible transversely to the longitudinal direction of the machine frame, and a measuring sensor.

    摘要: A continuously advancing dynamic track stabilization machine comprises a first cross level measuring element arranged at the machine frame front end and generating reference signals corresponding to the measured cross level at successive points as the machine continuously advances, a second cross level measuring element arranged adjacent a track stabilization assembly spaced from the front end and generating a signal corresponding to the measured cross level, and a control for actuating the drives for applying a vertical load to the track rails and for vibrating the track in a horizontal, transverse direction. The control is arranged to receive the reference signals from the first cross level element, to store the received reference signals until the second cross level element has reached the successive points, to compare the stored reference signals with the signals generated by the second cross level element to obtain a control signal, and to transmit the control signal for actuating the drives.
