For a more specific example, disclosed are a method and a device supporting same, the method comprising: receiving one or more downlink reference signal (DL RS) resources on the basis of one or more reception beams; determining a reception beam satisfying a specific condition from among the one or more reception beams; transmitting information on an index of a DL RS resource received via the determined reception beam; and transmitting an uplink reference signal (UL RS) in a direction corresponding to the index of the DL RS resource.
