摘要: A method and apparatus for transmitting and receiving a signal in a wireless communication system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprise the steps of: receiving an SIB including information on a PUCCH resource; transmitting a PUCCH on the basis of the information on the PUCCH resource in a state in which user equipment does not have dedicated PUCCH resource configuration; and after an RRC connection is established, monitoring the PDCCH on the basis of a configured DRX operation. The information on the PUCCH resource may include information on the number of PRBs of the PUCCH resource.

Specifically, the method includes transmitting, to the UE, a preconfigured uplink (UL) resource (PUR) configuration via RRC signalling, receiving, from the UE, uplink data on the PUR when the UE is in an idle mode, and transmitting, to the UE, a feedback for the uplink data, wherein the feedback is configured to be transmitted on an NPDCCH after a specific time has passed from the PUR reception.

A base station transmits, to a terminal. configuration information related to the transmission of an MPDCCH and maps the MPDCCH onto multiple resource elements (REs) of at least one first symbol constituting a first slot of a special subframe. The special subframe is a subframe in which, among symbols constituting the subframe, the number of symbols for data transmission is smaller than or equal to a predetermined number. The base station transmits the MPDCCH to the terminal over the multiple resource elements, wherein the mapping step is performed by copying at least one second symbol of a second slot adjacent to the first slot onto the at least one first symbol.

摘要: One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method and a device for transmitting and receiving a signal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: performing a random access procedure; monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) for an ON duration on the basis of a configured discontinuous reception (DRX) operation after performing the random access procedure; and operating an inactivity timer on the basis of the successfully received PDCCH for the ON duration. During the random access procedure, a random access preamble is transmitted in one or two physical random access channel (PRACH) slots. The one or two PRACH slots are determined from among N slots corresponding to a reference slot. A subcarrier spacing (SCS) setting value for the reference slot may be 2 on the basis of the SCS setting value applied to the N slots being 5 or 6.

A second RB offset of the PUCCH resource set is obtained based on the index, and the first RB offset is obtained by multiplying the number of RBs by the second RB offset.
