Abstract: The present application provides an array substrate and a display device. The array substrate includes: a sub-pixel and a data line; a data signal transmission line; a test circuit, in the peripheral region and at a side, away from the display region, of the data signal transmission line, and including a first portion and a second portion, wherein the first portion and the second portion respectively comprise at least one test sub-circuit, and at least a part of the test sub-circuits are electrically connected to the data signal transmission line; a first signal access terminal group, at a side, away from the second portion, of the first portion; a second signal access terminal group, between the first portion and the second portion; and a third signal access terminal group, in the peripheral region and at a side, away from the first portion, of the second portion.

Abstract: A display panel, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device are provided. The display panel includes: a display substrate, a COF film disposed on a side of the display substrate; a plurality of signal lines disposed on another side of the display substrate, an insulation layer located between the signal lines and the display substrate, a plurality of connection holes penetrating at least the display substrate, the signal lines and the insulation layer and a conductive material filled in the connection holes. The signal lines are connected to connection terminals disposed on the COF film by the conductive material; the insulation layer has recesses each of which surrounds the respective connection holes.

Abstract: A gate drive circuit includes: a plurality of cascaded shift register units, wherein each of the shift register units is connected to pixel circuits in a display panel; an output module of each shift register unit includes: a drive transistor for driving an output terminal to output a gate drive signal, and the output terminal is configured to provide the gate drive signal to the pixel circuits connected to the shift register unit provided with the output terminal; each pixel circuit is further connected to a first power supply terminal, and each pixel circuit is configured to emit light under control of the gate drive signal from the corresponding shift register unit and a first power supply signal from the first power supply terminal; and a width-to-length ratio of a conductive channel of each drive transistor is in negative correlation with a target distance.

Abstract: The present application provides a floor board unit, a floor board and an IoT home system. The floor board unit includes a floor board body which can switch between a light-transmissive state and a light-tight state, a floor board controller, a light emitting layer and at least one first sensor. The light emitting layer is below the floor board body. An output terminal of the first sensor is electrically coupled to an input terminal of the floor board controller. The light emitting layer is configured to emit incident light towards the floor board body. The floor board controller is configured to control the floor board body to be in the light-transmissive state when the light emitting layer emits the incident light. The first sensor receives reflected light obtained after the incident light is reflected and transmit a signal indicating an intensity of the reflected light to the floor board controller.
