Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support cross-slot scheduling of sidelink transmissions in a wireless communication system. A transmitting user equipment (UE) in communication with a receiving UE over a sidelink transmits cross-slot schedule information to the receiving UE at a time prior to a first slot over which a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) transmission is to be transmitted to the receiving UE. The cross-slot schedule information includes information that is sufficient to decode the PSSCH transmission received by the receiving UE at the first slot, without requiring the receiving UE to decode a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) transmission including a sidelink control information (SCI) message received during the first slot. In aspects, the PSSCH transmission may be decoded in parallel with the PSCCH transmission received in the first slot.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink communication that includes one or more codepoints indicating a plurality of transmit precoder matrix indicator (TPMI) indices and/or a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource indicator (SRI) codepoint indicating one or more SRS resources. The UE may identify, based at least in part on the one or more codepoints, one or more TPMI indices, of the plurality of TPMI indices, for one or more repetitions of a codebook-based PUSCH transmission and/or may identify, based at least in part on the SRI codepoint, one or more SRS resources for the one or more repetitions. Abstract: Different sets of downlink control information (DCI) fields may be configured for DCI that includes an indication to trigger bandwidth part switching at a user equipment (UE). For example, a UE may receive DCI that triggers the UE to switch operation from a first bandwidth part to a second bandwidth part. The UE may also identify a set of transformable DCI fields and a set of non-transformable DCI fields within the DCI. The UE may then determine updated content of the DCI for application to the second bandwidth part based on whether DCI fields are included in the set of transformable or the set of non-transformable fields. In some cases, the UE may identify a null assignment in the received DCI and may switch its operation from the first bandwidth part to the second bandwidth part based on the null assignment.

Abstract: Techniques and device for wireless communications are described. A wireless device may establish multiple connections with multiple transmission reception points (TRPs). The wireless device may receive downlink control information (DCI) messages from the multiple transmission points and may generate joint hybrid automatic repeat request feedback (HARQ) based on the received downlink control information messages. To support joint HARQ feedback, counter indices may be jointly assigned to the DCI messages generated by the multiple transmission reception points. The method for jointly assigning the DCI messages may be selected based on a level of interference detected in a communications channel. Also, to support joint HARQ feedback, a total counter index in an uplink DCI message may be configured to indicate a total number of DCI message transmitted from a first TRP and a second TRP during a time period.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a gap period following a downlink portion of a time division duplexing (TDD) frame. The UE may selectively perform, based at least in part on the gap period, a clear channel assessment (CCA) on a channel of a radio frequency spectrum band. The UE may transmit at least one of a sounding reference signal (SRS) or a physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble in a set of initial symbols of an uplink portion of the TDD frame following the gap period, wherein the SRS or PRACH preamble is frequency-domain multiplexed during the set of initial symbols with one or more of: a demodulation reference signal (DMRS), an uplink data transmission, an uplink control transmission, or a random access transmission.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for sounding reference signal (SRS) resource indicator (SRI) association for configured grant (CG) based transmission and reception point (TRP) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may receive first control signaling indicating a first and second sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set associated with a first and second set of power control parameter, respectively. The UE may receive second control signaling indicating a CG configuration, the first and second power control parameters for transmissions in the CG configuration. In some examples, the UE may determine a configuration status for one or more fields the first control signaling, the second control signaling, or both. The UE may select an SRS resource set based on the configuration status and may transmit one or more CG uplink transmissions with the CG configuration using the selected SRS resource set.

Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices, and systems supporting power control parameter configuration for configured grants (CGs). In some implementations, a user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling configuring multiple sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets and multiple sets of power control parameters for CG uplink transmission. The UE may receive downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a retransmission and indicating which set of power control parameters the UE is to use for the CG uplink retransmission. In some other implementations, the control signaling may configure multiple SRS resources sets but a single set of power control parameters. The UE may receive DCI activating the CG configuration or scheduling a retransmission, the DCI indicating a second set of power control parameters not configured by the control signaling. The UE may automatically use the power control parameters configured by the control signaling or may determine a second set based on the DCI.

In a wireless communications system, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network device, a downlink control message that schedules a first and second repetition of a transport block for a downlink shared channel in a first component carrier of multiple component carriers, the first and second repetitions scheduled in a first and second transmission occasion associated with the downlink shared channel. The UE may monitor for the repetitions in the respective transmission occasions, and the UE may decode the transport block based on a number of transmission occasions associated with the downlink shared channel in the component carrier and a data rate limit across the multiple component carriers including the first component carrier.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive control signaling indicating an aggregated sidelink resource reservation rule for reserving time-contiguous transmission time intervals. The UE may transmit a sidelink control reservation message based on the aggregated sidelink resource reservation rule. The sidelink control reservation message may indicate a starting transmission time interval for reserving a set of time-contiguous transmission time intervals in a sidelink shared channel. Additionally or alternatively, the sidelink control reservation message may indicate a quantity of the set of time-contiguous transmission time intervals reserved for transmission of a set of aggregated sidelink messages. The UE may transmit the set of aggregated sidelink messages via the set of time-contiguous transmission time intervals of the sidelink shared channel indicated in the sidelink control reservation message.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for narrowband communications using frequency hopping in an unlicensed frequency band. In some implementations, a base station (BS) may transmit downlink (DL) data using a sequence of DL hopping frames on a corresponding sequence of unique hopping channels associated with a DL frequency hopping pattern. In some implementations, each user equipment (UE) of one or more UEs may transmit uplink (UL) data using a sequence of UL hopping frames on a corresponding sequence of unique hopping channels associated with a different UL frequency hopping pattern.
