    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for a user equipment (UE) to determine and apply limits to physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) processing in a dual active protocol stack handover scenario. In one aspect, the UE utilizes a joint blind decode capability for both a source cell group and a target cell group to determine whether a total limit for PDCCH candidates to monitor or non-overlapped control channel elements (CCEs) to monitor is applicable. The UE may identify a per cell limit for each configured single transmit receive point (TRP) cell and each multiple TRP cell based on a sub-carrier spacing SCS of the cell and the determination. The UE may include an interface configured to obtain a PDCCH for a slot. The UE may perform blind decoding operations on CCEs up to the per cell monitoring limit for each cell.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a radio resource control (RRC) configuration with one or more high layer parameters that enable one or more of an aperiodic sounding reference signal (SRS) triggering without data scheduling or a secondary cell (SCell) dormancy indication using downlink control information (DCI).     Abstract: A method, base station (BS), user equipment (UE), apparatus, and computer program product for wireless communication are provided. An aggressor BS may cause a remote interference condition for a victim BS, and the victim BS may transmit a reference signal to the aggressor BS to enable a remote interference management (RIM) operation to be performed. However, the aggressor BS may be unable to identify the victim BS based at least in part on the reference signal, and may fail to transmit a reference signal as a response. Further, when the aggressor BS does transmit a reference signal, the victim BS may be unable to identify the aggressor BS. This may reduce an effectiveness of RIM operations. In some aspects, BSs may transmit reciprocal reference signals including identification information to enable effective RIM operations.

Aspects of a method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium are presented herein that provide a solution to the problem of measuring CLI signals by improving the manner in which a wireless device determines the reception timing of a transmitted CLI signal. An apparatus receives a first downlink signal from a first base station. The apparatus receiving a second downlink signal from a second base station. The apparatus determines a CLI signal measurement from a second UE received at the first UE based on a propagation delay difference, the propagation delay difference being based on the first downlink signal and the second downlink signal.
