Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for graphics or data processing including an apparatus, e.g., a network, a server, or a client device. In some aspects, the apparatus may transmit a request for an updated FEC rate, the updated FEC rate being based on a previous FEC rate. The apparatus may also receive, based on the request for the updated FEC rate, information associated with the updated FEC rate. Additionally, the apparatus may determine the updated FEC rate based on the received information, the received information being associated with a difference between the previous FEC rate and the updated FEC rate.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) and a base station may identify a burst periodicity for communication bursts over one or more cells, such as secondary cells (SCells) in accordance with a multi-carrier communication scheme. The UE and the base station may determine a cell dormancy pattern for switching the SCells between an active state and a dormant state based on the burst periodicity. The base station and the UE may use one or more bandwidth parts (BWPs) for communications and may configure the UE to perform BWP switching over the SCell during the dormancy state switching operation. The base station and the UE may communicate the bursts while the SCells are in the active state and may switch the SCells between the active state and the dormant state based on the cell dormancy pattern.

Abstract: Devices and methods for synchronized group messaging in a wireless communication system are described. Multicast transmissions, such as those in a dense network, can cause significant medium usage because same multicast packet is likely sent by multiple APs at different time. Medium usage in such implementations may be redundant. As such, the transmission medium is not used optimally. Devices and methods which coordinate and align group messages (e.g., multicast packets) amongst APs are described. Each AP may be configured to transmit identical packets at the same time. Therefore, medium usage can be reduced, while the range can be extended due to accumulated energy from APs.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication are disclosed herein. One aspect of the disclosure provides a method of transmitting to two or more wireless communication devices. The method includes transmitting a first section of a preamble according to a first format, the first section of the preamble containing information informing devices compatible with the first format to defer to the transmission, transmitting a second section of the preamble according to a second format, the second section of the preamble containing tone allocation information, the tone allocation information identifying two or more wireless communication devices; and transmitting data to the two or more wireless communication devices simultaneously, the data contained on two or more sub-bands.
