Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for responding to paging by multiple-universal subscription identity module (multi-USIM) devices. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes camping on a first cell associated with a first universal subscriber identity module (USIM), wherein the UE has a first USIM and a second USIM; receiving a paging message from the first cell; and transmitting, in response to the paging message, a first response message indicating that the UE requests to enter an idle or inactive mode on the first cell.

Abstract: An UE transmits at least one UE configuration parameter to a base station comprising at least one preferred parameter for a UE configuration, e.g., in addition to a preferred setting for a delay budget report. The UE then receives a configuration from the base station based, at least in part, on the at least one UE configuration parameter transmitted to the base station. Additionally, a base station receives the at least one UE configuration parameter from a UE comprising at least one preferred parameter for a UE configuration, e.g., in addition to a preferred setting for a delay budget report. The base station then configures the UE using the at least one UE configuration parameter received from the UE.

Abstract: In some wireless systems (e.g.. 5G new radio (NR) systems), a user equipment (UE) may experience coexistence interference when using collocated radio transceivers to simultaneously communicate using different radio access technologies (RATs). To mitigate the coexistence interference, the UE may transmit a configuration request to a base station, where the configuration request may identify that the UE is operating on multiple RATs and identify that the UE is experiencing coexistence interference. Aspects of the present disclosure may further provide techniques for coexistence interference mitigation in wideband systems by allowing the UE to indicate the specific bandwidth parts (BVVPs) that are impacted by IDC interference to the base station such that the network can resolve the IDC interference by reconfiguring the bandwidth, instead of performing inter-frequency handover or removing /deactivating affected SCells.

In some aspects, a wireless communication device may detect a trigger to initiate determination of a performance parameter for a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) duplication procedure associated with a PDCP instance. The wireless communication device may receive packets of the PDCP instance via multiple radio link control (RLC) entities according to the PDCP duplication procedure. The wireless communication device may determine the performance parameter based at least in part on whether packets of the PDCP instance are successfully received via one or more RLC entities of the multiple RLC entities.
