Abstract: There is provided a method for measuring a frame timing difference. The method performed by a User Equipment (UE) and comprises: based on (i) that an Evolved Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) Terrestrial Radio Access (EUTRA) cell is configured for a primary cell and based on (ii) that a secondary cell is not configured, measuring the frame timing difference between the E-UTRA cell and a New Radio (NR) cell based on a Synchronization Signal (SS)/Physical Broadcast Channel (PBCH) Block (SSB) Measurement Time Configuration (SMTC) period, wherein the NR cell is found regardless of a position of a SSB of the NR cell; and reporting a System Frame Number (SFN) and Frame Timing Difference (SFTD) based on the frame timing difference to the E-UTRA cell.

Abstract: A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for performing measurement by a wireless communication device. The method may comprise the steps of: receiving a synchronization signal (SS)/physical broadcast channel (PBCH) block (SSB) from a serving cell in a first period by using a first number of reception beams; performing measurement on the basis of the received SSB; and receiving downlink data from the serving cell in a second period by using a second number of reception beams, wherein the first period and the second period are included in an SS-based measurement timing configuration (SMTC) window duration, and the downlink data is considered not to be transmitted during a third period in which the number of the reception beams is changed from the first number to the second number or is changed from the second number to the first number.

Abstract: Provided is a method for performing measurement by a user equipment (UE). The method may include receiving, by the UE, configuration information on a measurement gap. The UE may be configured with a dual connectivity (DC) to an evolved universal terrestrial radio access (E-UTRA) cell and a new radio access technology (NR) cell. The configuration information on the measurement gap may include a measurement gap length (MGL). The MGL may include one of 3 ms, 4 ms and 6 ms. The method may include determining a total number of slots to be interrupted during the MGL, and performing the measurement during the MGL. The total number of slots to be interrupted may be determined based on a subcarrier spacing (SCS) of the NR cell and the MGL.

The method may comprise the steps of: when asynchronous dual transmissions for vehicle-to-everything (V2X) and a cellular uplink are set, and when a subframe p for cellular uplink transmission and a subframe q for V2X transmission mutually overlap, determining whether the subframe p for cellular uplink transmission precedes the subframe q for V2X transmission; and on the basis of the decision, determining a reference subframe from among the subframe p and the subframe q. Here, the reference subframe may be used for determining the lower limit of a transmission power.

Abstract: One disclosure of the present specification provides a channel estimation method of a user equipment (UE). The method comprising: acquiring a first channel estimate based on a first reference signal allocated to a first resource element of a subframe received from a base station; and removing a second reference signal from a second resource element of the subframe when an additional reference signal is not required, and decoding a data channel multiplexed in the second resource element using a result of channel estimation of an entire channel performed based on the first channel estimate. The second reference signal and the data channel may be multiplexed in the second resource element.
