Abstract: Techniques are for detecting presence of a problematic cellular entity in a target. In an example, using an analysis model, a fluorescence-based image is analyzed. The analysis model is trained using a number of reference fluorescence-based images for detecting the presence of problematic cellular entities in targets. Based on the analysis, a problematic cellular entity present in the target is detected. To perform the detection, the analysis model is trained to differentiate between the fluorescence in the fluorescence-based image emerging from the problematic cellular entity and the fluorescence in the fluorescence-based image emerging from regions other than the problematic cellular entity.

Abstract: A method for motion detection and a circuit system are provided. In the method, when any moving object within a scene is sensed, continuous frame images are obtained. Each of the frame images is divided into multiple regions. Brightness and chromaticity of each region are calculated frame by frame, and are compared with a background model to obtain a difference. Accordingly, a movement event in each of the frame images can be identified. When any movement event is recognized, a region of interest (ROI) covering one or more of the regions where the movement event is detected is established. An intelligent model created by a neural network algorithm is used to calculate a trust score for a possibility of having the moving object in each of the frame images. The moving object can be detected by comparing the trust score with a determination threshold.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to providing scene perception display requiring reduced processing capabilities. Sensor data indicative of one or more targets from an imaging and ranging subsystem, location data from a positioning subsystem defining a geographical location of the imaging and ranging subsystem and orientation data from an orientation subsystem defining an orientation of the imaging and ranging subsystem are received. Doppler point cloud data is generated based on Doppler information and point cloud data from the sensor data, the location data and the orientation data. The targets are classified as either a static or dynamic target. Afterwards, the Doppler point cloud data is filtered by removing either the dynamic or the static targets from the Doppler point cloud data. The Doppler point cloud data of either the dynamic or the static targets are further processed and the further processed Doppler point cloud data is rendered.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide systems and techniques for tracking and deidentifying person in a captured operating room (OR) video. In one aspect, a process for deidentifying OR personnel in an OR video begins by simultaneously receiving a color image captured by an RGB camera and a depth image captured by a depth camera installed in the vicinity of the RGB camera. The process then generates a 3D point cloud based on the depth image. Next, the process applies a human-body detector to the 3D point cloud to detect a set of 3D bodies in the 3D point cloud, wherein each detected 3D body corresponds to a detected person in the OR. The process next projects each detected 3D body into a 2D body outline in the color image to represent the same detected person in the color image. The process subsequently de-identifies the detected people in the color image based on the projected 2D body outlines.

Abstract: Disclosed is an intelligent recognition method for a time sequence image of a concrete dam defect. The method includes: extracting a feature sequence of the time sequence image containing the concrete dam defect; matching a located defect with a real defect by using an objective function; adding a loss term based on a tight sensing intersection-over-union to a loss function of a model so as to pay attention to integrity of a defect sequence and improve accuracy; and extracting a defect feature and recognizing a defect type after completing defect location. According to the present disclosure, the time sequence image of the concrete dam defect is detected effectively, so that a defect in a long image sequence can be located and the defect type can be recognized accurately.
