    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to cross Component Carrier (CC) transmission are provided that assist in minimizing PAPR. A first wireless communications device repeats data across multiple CCs in order to increase coverage while maintaining power levels within approved limits. In order to reduce PAPR, a number of different methods and mechanisms may be used. Rate matching may be performed across the multiple CCs as though a single virtual BWP. Alternatively, each copy of the data on its separate CC may be modified differently in some way, such as by using different scrambling IDs or different redundancy versions. Additionally, when utilizing DFT-s-OFDM modulation, an alternative method is provided which may lower PAPR. The DFT method includes performing a DFT on the combined data, tone mapping to each of the carriers, and performing an IFFT for each carrier individually. Each IFFT may be different than the other.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to transmission of reverse-link grants for anchor based sidelink communication are provided. A first user equipment (UE) determines a plurality of reverse-link grants for a respective plurality of UEs. The first UE transmits first sidelink control information (SCI) over a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH). The first SCI may indicate whether user data follows in the physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH). The first UE transmits a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) and second SCI over the PSSCH. The second SCI comprises the plurality of reverse-link grants in a block. The second SCI is rate matched from a with the DMRS and the third SCI being rate matched from the start of the PSSCH and including the block of reverse-link grants.

    Abstract: The apparatus of wireless communication includes a UE and a base station. The base station may transmit, to the UE, a configuration for a plurality of PDCCH monitoring groups for monitoring different sets of search spaces.
