Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications at a user equipment (UE) are described. A UE may receive control signaling that indicates that the UE is scheduled to transmit a first uplink control channel message during first time domain resources and a first uplink shared channel message during second time domain resources, and the time domain resources may overlap. The UE may identify that the UE includes a UE capability to simultaneously transmit uplink control channel and uplink shared channel messages. The UE may transmit the first uplink control channel message the first component carrier during the first time domain resources and also the first uplink shared channel message during the second time domain resources.

The UE may transmit the repetitions of the transport block, including a first smaller repetition of the repetitions that has a first payload size that is smaller than a nominal payload size for the repetitions and that includes a first self-decodable data portion of the transport block. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communication systems, for example those supporting accumulated feedback, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a plurality of accumulated feedback events that are each representative of different feedback combinations for reporting accumulated feedback for a set of scheduled downlink occasions and may determining the accumulated feedback for the set of scheduled downlink occasions. The UE may select, from the plurality of accumulated feedback events, a representative event based on the accumulated feedback and may transmit an uplink control message indicative of the representative event. In some examples, transmitting the uplink control message may include identifying a Huffman code for the representative event and transmitting the Huffman code via one or more stages of the uplink control message.

The UE may transmit a feedback message indicating the feedback information and the one or more duplexing parameters to the base station.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, a user equipment (UE) may monitor for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) transmissions and generate SPS hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) bits scheduled for transmission to the base station in a set of uplink symbols. However, a collision may occur during transmission if a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) carrying the SPS HARQ bits overlaps with downlink symbols. The UE may defer all SPS HARQ bits from collided PUCCHs to a next available PUCCH resource. In some examples, the UE may distribute deferred HARQ bits across multiple available PUCCH resources. The UE may distribute the deferred HARQ bits evenly across the next available PUCCH resources, or the UE may distribute the deferred HARQ bits unevenly according to a pattern. In some examples, the base station may indicate (e.g., via a downlink control information (DCI) message) a deferment pattern to the UE.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a slot allocation to provide hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgement (ACK) feedback to multiple transmission reception points (TRPs). For example, each TRP may be allocated at least one slot for HARQ-ACK feedback such that HARQ-ACK feedback for different TRPs may not be transmitted in a same slot. Additionally, the UE may determine a TRP-specific HARQ-ACK codebook for feedback transmissions to each TRP in their corresponding slots. In some cases, the UE may also determine TRP-specific uplink parameters for the feedback transmissions to each TRP. The UE may then transmit feedback to a TRP using a corresponding slot from the slot allocation and using the TRP-specific HARQ-ACK codebook and the TRP-specific uplink parameters.
