    Abstract: Various aspects directed towards performing a random access procedure are disclosed. In one example, a parameter is identified from a plurality of parameters, and an uplink (UL) resource associated with a random access procedure is selected based on a value associated with the parameter. A random access procedure communication is then transmitted via the selected UL resource. In another example, different parameters are supported by a scheduling entity such that each of the parameters has a corresponding plurality of different potential values. Here, the scheduling entity enables a scheduled entity to select an UL resource to perform a random access procedure based on a value corresponding to a particular one of the parameters. A random access procedure communication is then received from the scheduled entity via the UL resource.

    Abstract: The described techniques enable repeated physical random access channel (PRACH) preamble transmissions across multiple random access occasions (ROs) using a same spatial filter. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a PRACH preamble across multiple ROs, where each RO is associated with a same synchronization signal block (SSB) or channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS). In such cases, the PRACH repetitions may be transmitted in ROs in accordance with a mapping rule: first, in increasing order of frequency resource index; second, in increasing order of a time resource index; third, in increasing order of PRACH slot indices; and fourth, in increasing order of PRACH association period indices. Additionally, or alternatively, the PRACH repetitions may be transmitted in ROs in accordance with a mapping rule: first, in increasing order of time resource index; second, in increasing order of PRACH slot indices; and third, in increasing order of PRACH association period indices.

    Abstract: A method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) and related apparatus are provided. In the method, the UE receives, from a network entity, a channel state information (CSI) report configuration including a set of sub-configurations. Each sub-configuration in the set of sub-configurations corresponds to a transmission setting associated with a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS). The UE further determines one or more CSIs respectively corresponding to a subset of the set of sub-configurations, and transmits, based on the transmission setting corresponding a first sub-configuration of the subset of sub-configurations, a reduced content of a CSI report or refrains from transmitting the CSI report. The CSI report is associated with a first CSI for the first sub-configuration.

    Abstract: A base station performs joint channel estimation for a set of physical uplink control channels (PUCCHs), where one or more PUCCHs of the set of PUCCHs comprises a corresponding DMRS from a user equipment (UE).
