Abstract: One embodiment of the present specification provides a method by which a wireless device manages a buffer for performing soft combining. The method can comprise the steps of: decoding data received through device-to-device (D2D) communication; determining whether an error exists in the decoded data; determining whether a radio resource control (RRC) connection with a base station is established or/and a carrier aggregation is configured and activated if the error exists; taking at least one from among an instantaneous buffer to be used when the carrier aggregation is activated and a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) buffer to be used when the RRC connection is established, on the basis of whether the RRC connection with the base station is established and whether the carrier aggregation is activated; and storing, in the taken one or more buffers, a soft bit for performing soft combining.

Abstract: A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for selecting a cell for which to perform interference cancellation. The method may comprise the steps of: measuring reception power on the basis of reference signals received from neighboring cells; measuring the reception power of a data channel received from a serving cell; selecting a candidate cell among the neighboring cells by comparing the reception power of the data channel from the serving cell with the reception power from the neighboring cells; performing blind detection only for the candidate cell; measuring the reception power of a data channel from the neighboring cell on the basis of the blind detection; and when the reception power of the data channel from the neighboring cell is larger by at least a threshold than the reception power of the data channel from the serving cell, selecting the candidate channel as a cell for which to perform interference cancellation.

Abstract: A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for receiving a sidelink synchronisation signal (SLSS) for proximity service (ProSe). The method may comprise the steps of: receiving an SLSS from a neighbouring ProSe UE; and measuring a reference signal received power (RSRP) of the SLSS during a pre-determined measurement period. The measurement step can be executed assuming that the SLSS transmission from the neighbouring ProSe UE during the measurement period is not abandoned more than once. The measurement period can be extended if the SLSS transmission from the neighbouring ProSe UE is abandoned more than once.

The method for receiving interference cancellation can comprise: a step for cancelling, in signals received from a serving cell, cell-specific reference signals (CRS) from the serving cell, the CRS from a first primary interference cell, and the CRS from a second primary interference cell; a step for comparing the signal size of the serving cell, the signal size of the first primary interference cell, and the signal size of the second primary interference cell; a step for determining whether the CRS of the serving cell conflicts with the CRS of the first primary interference cell or the CRS of the second primary interference cell; and a step for canceling, when it is determined that the CRS' conflict with one other, data signals from the first primary interference cell and data signals from the second primary interference cell in the signals where the CRS are cancelled in the order determined according to the size comparison of signals.

The method may be performed by a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication device and comprise: deriving a value of maximum power reduction (MPR); determining a transmission power by using the value of the MPR; and transmitting signals at the determined transmission power. If the signals are a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) signal and physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) signal and if simultaneous transmissions of the PSCCH signal and the PSSCH signal is configured, the value of the the MPR may be equal to or less than 1.5 dB or 2 dB.
