Abstract: In one aspect, an apparatus of wireless communication at a user equipment includes receiving, during a radio resource control (RRC) setup, a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set configuration including a specified time offset x. The UE may receive downlink control information (DCI) in a later time slot and an instruction to trigger the SRS resource set. The UE determines, based on information from the SRS configuration or the DCI, a starting position within a time slot for transmitting an SRS resource. The UE transmits, at the starting position x slots after the later time slot, a reference SRS resource selected from the SRS resource set, followed sequentially by the remaining resources. In another aspect a UE that receives a t value of multiple t values may transmit the reference resource in a (t+1)th time slot from a reference slot.

Abstract: An apparatus for wireless communication includes a memory and one or more processors coupled to the memory. The one or more processors are configured to determine a plurality of pre-coders available for uplink transmissions and to select a particular pre-coder from among the plurality of pre-coders. The one or more processors are further configured to initiate encoding of an uplink signal based on the particular pre-coder to generate a pre-coded uplink signal. The pre-coded uplink signal has one or more characteristics that enable a base station to identify the particular pre-coder. The one or more processors are further configured to initiate transmission of the pre-coded uplink signal.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications networks, a first wireless device may transmit sidelink control information to a second wireless device, which includes a first scheduling for an uplink transmission by a second wireless device during a first slot. The second wireless device may decode the sidelink control information to determine an operating mode of the first wireless device during the first slot, such as a transmitting mode or a receiving mode. Based on the operating mode, the second wireless device may drop or delay the uplink transmission. In some cases, the first wireless device may schedule an uplink transmission to be performed by the second wireless device during a second slot, and the first wireless device may switch from a transmitting mode to a receiving mode in order to receive the scheduled uplink transmission from the second wireless device.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support a super slot configuration for new radio (NR) sidelink over millimeter wave (mmW) operating frequencies. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes obtaining a sidelink resource pool configuration including configuration of one or more super slots, wherein each super slot includes a plurality of slots contiguous in a time domain The UE may select one or more sidelink resource slots for sidelink transmissions in a sidelink resource pool and transmit an enhanced sidelink control information (eSCI) message in a first slot of a first super slot, wherein the eSCI message indicates a reservation of slots corresponding to the one or more sidelink resource slots. The UE may then send the sidelink transmissions on at least one slot of the reserved slots. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

A user equipment establishes a first active connection associated with a first subscription. The user equipment also establishes a second active connection, simultaneous to the first active connection, associated with a second subscription. The user equipment provides modem information corresponding to connection qualities of the first active connection and second active connection, to an operating system of the user equipment. A network entity may map a demodulation reference signal (DMRS), a truncated sequence, and data in a delay-Doppler domain in accordance with a control signal. The network entity may apply a Fourier transform on the mapped DMRS, the truncated sequence, and the data to generate a signal in the time domain. The network entity may output, and a user equipment (UE) may receive, the signal in the time domain, including the DMRS, the truncated sequence, and the data. The UE may apply a Fourier transform on the received signal in the time domain to generate a mapping of the DMRS and the data in the delay-Doppler domain. The UE may perform channel estimation based on applying the Fourier transform on the received signal.

Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium of wireless communication. A user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink control information (DCI) indicating two or more transmission configuration indication (TCI) states for a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH). The UE may differentiate that the two or more TCI states apply to all demodulation reference signal (DMRS) ports or all transmission layers across all resource blocks and symbols for the PDSCH from TCI states that apply to different sets of DMRS ports or different sets of resource blocks or symbols. The UE may generate a composite quasi-co-location (QCL) based on the two or more TCI states in response to the differentiating. The UE may receive the PDSCH based on the composite QCL.
