    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a transmitting device may generate a parity check matrix based on performing a lifting operation on a base matrix. Each column of the base matrix may correspond to a different variable node and each row may correspond to a different check node. The transmitting device may then generate a set of coded bits based on the parity check matrix and each coded bit of the set of coded bits may be associated with a respective variable node. Further, the transmitting device may interleave the set of coded bits such that subsets of the set of coded bits associated with a same variable node are mapped to a same channel reliability level and transmit the set of coded bits according to the interleaving.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive multiple requests for sidelink channel state information (CSI) and each request for sidelink CSI may trigger a different sidelink CSI report from the UE. The UE may assign a number of CSI processing units (CPUs) to each triggered sidelink CSI report and may select one or more of the triggered sidelink CSI reports for generation in accordance with a CPU capability of the UE and according to a priority associated with each of the requests. For example, the UE may select the one or more CSI reports in an order according to the priority and such that a summation of the CPUs assigned to each of the selected CSI reports avoids exceeding the CPU capability of the UE. The UE may generate and transmit the selected CSI reports.

    Abstract: A non-coherent communication system in which a transmitting device does not transmit a pilot/DMRS, such that the receiving device may be configured to determine or decode the information received from the transmitting device without performing any channel estimation. An apparatus for wireless communication at a receiving device receives, from a transmitting device, a non-coherent signal having data. The apparatus may determine data from the received signal without performing a channel estimation. Techniques are described herein for managing timers for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) processes associated with multiple configured grants that are active at the same time. Techniques are also described herein for allocating HARQ identifiers (IDs) to HARQ processes associated with multiple configured grants that are active at the same time. A user equipment (UE) may configure timers to be associated with a HARQ ID and a configured grant. A base station or UE may include indicators of the configured grants associated with a HARQ process when exchanging signaling about the HARQ process.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support enhanced sidelink carrier aggregation feedback operations. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a wireless communication device, a sidelink shared channel transmission via a first component carrier. The method also includes obtaining, by the wireless communication device, a feedback resource indication. The method further includes transmitting, by the wireless communication device, a sidelink channel feedback transmission in a sidelink channel feedback transmission resource via a second component carrier different from the first component carrier.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for a user equipment (UE) to determine a retransmission pattern within a slot based on a transport block retransmission selection scheme. In some cases, the UE may be allocated sub-slots within a slot for retransmitting multiple transport blocks, and may determine how to utilize a sub-slot allocated for a retransmission of a transport block that is not to be retransmitted. For example, the UE may transmit a new transport block via an unutilized sub-slot, or may repeat a retransmission of a transport block via the unutilized sub-slot in addition to an allocated sub-slot. Additionally, or alternatively, unutilized sub-slots may be re-allocated to other UEs via signaling from a network entity or coordination between sidelink UEs.
