Abstract: There is provided an apparatus for supporting a new radio technology unlicensed (NR-U) based cell. The apparatus may comprise: at least one processor; and at least one computer memory operably connectable to the at least one processor and storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, perform operations. The operations may comprise: receiving at least one synchronization signal block (SSB) from the NR-U based cell; and performing a synchronization with the NR-U based cell, based on the received at least one SSB. A frequency position of the SSB may be defined by a synchronization raster. The synchronization raster may exist at every 20 MHz in a NR-U band, based on that the NR-U based cell operates in a channel bandwidth greater than 20 Mhz.

Abstract: A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for determining uplink transmission power by a wireless device. The transmission power determination method may comprise the steps of: determining whether transmission of uplink data uses 64 quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) or not; determining whether transmission of the uplink data corresponds to multi-clustered transmission or not; determining whether transmission of the uplink data is to be performed through a single carrier or is to be performed through a plurality of carriers according to carrier aggregation; and determining a maximum power reduction (MPR) value, which is to be applied to transmission of the uplink data, according to the determination results. Here, when transmission of the uplink data uses the 64 QAM, corresponds to the multi-clustered transmission, and is performed through the single carrier, a first MPR value may be determined; and, when transmission of the uplink data uses the 64 QAM, corresponds to the multi-clustered transmission, and is performed through the plurality of carriers, a second MPR value may be determined.

Abstract: Provided is a method for performing measurement by a user equipment (UE). The method may include receiving, by the UE, configuration information on a measurement gap. The UE may be configured with a dual connectivity (DC) to an evolved universal terrestrial radio access (E-UTRA) cell and a new radio access technology (NR) cell. The configuration information on the measurement gap may include a measurement gap length (MGL). The MGL may include one of 3 ms, 4 ms and 6 ms. The method may include determining a total number of slots to be interrupted during the MGL, and performing the measurement during the MGL. The total number of slots to be interrupted may be determined based on a subcarrier spacing (SCS) of the NR cell and the MGL.
