Abstract: Systems, methods, and circuitries are disclosed for determining Precoding Resource Block Groups (PRGs). In one example, a processor of a base station (BS) is configured to determine a plurality of PRGs that includes a number N consecutive Physical Resource Blocks (PRBs) over which a same precoder assignment is used, starting from a reference PRB. The plurality PRGs include a first boundary PRG, a second boundary PRG, and one or more other PRGs. The first boundary PRG is located at an upper boundary of a bandwidth part. The first boundary PRG comprises fewer than N PRBs when the upper boundary of the bandwidth part is not aligned with a PRG boundary. The second boundary PRG comprises fewer than N PRBs when a lower boundary of the bandwidth part is not aligned with a PRG boundary. A downlink data channel is transmitted to a UE in accordance with the precoder assignments.

Abstract: User equipment (UE) includes processing circuitry, where to configure the UE for New Radio (NR) communications in an unlicensed spectrum, the processing circuitry is to decode a first configuration message received from a base station, the first configuration message including a channel quality indicator (CQI) table indication identifying a CQI table. A second configuration message is decoded, the second configuration message received separately from the first configuration message and including a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) table indication identifying an MCS table. DCI received via a PDCCH is decoded, the DCI providing a DL grant and an MCS index in the MCS table. DL information received via a PDSCH is decoded using modulation order and target code rate corresponding to the MCS index in the MCS table.

Abstract: Techniques discussed herein can facilitate transmission and reception of group common PDCCH (Physical Downlink Control Channel) for NR (New Radio). One example embodiment employable by a UE (User Equipment) comprises processing circuitry configured to: process higher layer signaling that configures a set of combinations for slot formats for the UE; detect, via blind decoding on at least a portion of a control resource set, a DCI (Downlink Control Information) message that indicates a combination for slot formats of the set of combinations for slot formats via a SFI (slot format indicator); and determine a slot format for one or more slots based on the indicated combination for slot formats, wherein the slot format indicates, for each symbol of the one or more slots, whether that symbol is DL (Downlink), UL (Uplink), or a flexible symbol in the slot format.

Abstract: A Narrowband-Internet-of-Things (NB-IoT) device may select between multiple carrier resources (of an anchor carrier and/or non-anchor carriers) to perform a Narrowband Physical Random Access Channel (NPRACH) procedure. The NB-IoT device may determine, based on a reference signal from an enhanced NodeB (eNB), a coverage level for the NB-IoT device and receive carrier configuration information, from the eNB, that indicates the carriers (e.g., an anchor carrier and one or more non-anchor carriers) that are available for NPRACH procedure. The NB-IoT device may select a carrier resource from among the carriers based on factors, such as the coverage level of the NB-IoT device and the Reference Signals Received Power (RSRP) thresholds and Repetition levels of the carrier resources. The NB-IoT device may use the selected carrier resource to initiate the NPRACH procedure.

Abstract: A network device (e.g., a user equipment (UE), a new radio NB (gNB), or other network component) can process or generate a dynamic Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) repetition indication that provides parameters about PUSCH repetition(s) for the uplink within one, two or other number of slots of a New Radio (NR) communication as an Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communication. The network device can also process or generate one or more multiple Configuration-Grant (CG) PUSCH configurations. The presence of a repetition level bit-field in a Downlink Control Information (DCI) carrying UL grant or activating UL configured grant PUSCH can be controlled by semi-static UE-specific RRC signaling enabling or disabling the dynamic signaling of PUSCH repetitions.
