Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may obtain, for each of one or more sidelink relay candidates, a measurement of a sidelink signal and a measurement of a Uu signal to a base station. The UE may select a sidelink relay candidate from among the one or more sidelink relay candidates based at least in part on a combination of the measurement of the sidelink signal and the measurement of the Uu signal for each sidelink relay candidate. The UE may transmit, to the selected sidelink relay candidate, a message that is to be relayed to the base station. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Generally, the described techniques provide for duplex mode configuration for control information (e.g., duplex mode configuration for communication of downlink control information). For example, duplex modes may be defined (e.g., as full duplex (FD) capable, FD only, half duplex (HD) only, etc.), and such duplex modes may be configured for control resource sets (CORESETs), search space (SS) sets, or both. In some examples, duplex modes configured for a CORESET/SS set may depend on the priority of information conveyed via the CORESET/SS set. For example, a CORESET/SS set for high priority or critical control information may be configured with a HD mode to avoid FD self-interference, while CORESET/SS set for other control information may be configured with a FD mode to improve spectrum efficiency. Techniques for resolving conflicting duplex mode configurations (e.g., when a HD mode is configured for a SS set within a CORESET configured with FD) are also described.

Abstract: Systems and methods for discontinuous reception (DRX) adaptation in a wireless communication system are provided. A network entity may configure a user equipment (UE) with a long DRX cycle. Under certain conditions, additional short DRX cycles may be activated by the network entity so that data may be transferred before the next DRX active time. Multiple aspects are described wherein short DRX cycle parameters are communicated explicitly or implicitly to the UE. Short DRX cycle parameters may be included and/or indicated by bits in a downlink control information (DCI) or a Medium Access Control (MAC) Control Element (CE) command received by the UE during the long DRX active time.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for grouping common DCI for CLI measurement and reporting. In a first aspect, a UE may receive DCI that is common to a group of UEs that includes the UE. The DCI may be configured to trigger at least one of an SRS transmission or a CLI measurement. The UE may transmit the SRS transmission and/or report the CLI measurement based on the DCI that is common to the group of UEs. In a second aspect, a base station may transmit at least one DCI that is common to the group of UEs to trigger the at least one of the SRS transmission or the CLI report for the group of UEs. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described that may enable a user equipment (UE) to monitor a shared spectrum to receive control signaling and data transmissions associated with different transmission time intervals (TTIs). For example, a base station may communicate with a UE according to a first transmission mode during a first, shortened TTI. The base station may transmit a downlink control channel for a shortened TTI based on a subset of a number of blind decodes or control channel elements. Additionally, a downlink control channel for a shortened TTI may contain grants for multiple TTIs. In some cases, the base station may transmit a signaling to the UE via a reference signal, downlink control channel, or radio resource control which may indicate a change from the shortened-TTI transmission mode to a transmission mode with a TTI duration that is longer than the first, shortened TTI duration.

Abstract: In an aspect, a UE receives, while a secondary cell group (SCG) is associated with a dormant state, at least one downlink transmit beam associated with at least one cell of the SCG. The UE determines, while the SCG is associated with the dormant state, an uplink transmit beam for a primary secondary cell (PSCell) of the SCG based on one or more of a spatial relation indication (SRI), whether there is beam correspondence between the at least one downlink transmit beam and the uplink transmit beam, a default uplink transmit beam, or a combination thereof. The UE transmits a signal related to a measurement between the UE and the one or more SCells of the SCG on the determined uplink transmit beam.
