Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may determine a first decoding result for a plurality of downlink control channels of a diversity enhancement based non-coherent joint transmission communication and a second decoding result for a plurality of data channels corresponding to the plurality of downlink control channels; and selectively provide feedback regarding the first decoding result and feedback regarding the second decoding result, the feedback regarding the first decoding result indicating whether reception of one or more downlink control channels, of the plurality of downlink control channels, is successful, and the feedback regarding the second decoding result indicating whether decoding of a codeword of the plurality of data channels is successful. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for signaling quasi-coloration (QCL) information for demodulation reference signals (DM-RS) associated with multiple transmission-reception points (multi-TRP). An example method generally includes generating quasi-colocation (QCL) information indicating a first QCL assumption for a first group of demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) ports and a second QCL assumption for a second group of DM-RS ports; and transmitting the QCL information to at least one user equipment (UE) for use in processing one or more transmission associated with at least one of the first group of DM-RS ports and the second group of DM-RS ports.

Abstract: Techniques are described herein for determining a priority ranking for channel state information (CSI) reports based at least in part on a reliability parameter, a latency parameter, or both of resources allocated to a user equipment (UE). In some wireless communications systems, ultra reliable low latency communication (URLLC) services may be interspersed with enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB) services. The UE may perform a CSI report prioritization procedure to account for reliability parameters, latency parameters or both. In some cases, CSI reporting for resources associated URLLC services may receive higher priority than CSI reporting for eMBB services. The UE may be configured to determine reliability parameters and/or latency parameters based on signaling received from the network or from determining changes to one or more configurations of the UE. In some cases, the priority ranking of the CSI report may be based at least in part on a slot set identifier.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a configuration associated with a layer to reference signal port mapping. In some cases, the UE may identify, based at least in part on the configuration, that at least one layer of a set of layers for receiving a downlink transmission from the base station is adapted based on at least one interference layer. In some cases, the adapted layer may be mapped to one or more reference signal ports. The UE may receive the downlink transmission and may decode the downlink transmission based on identifying that the at least one layer is adapted and the layer to reference signal port mapping.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to techniques for non-codebook based UL transmission. In some cases, a UE may signal, to a network entity, capability information of the UE for non-codebook uplink transmissions. The UE may then receive, signaling, from the network entity, indicating a plurality of sounding reference signal (SRS) configurations based at least on the signaled capability information, wherein at least one configuration indicates at least one SRS resource and determine a plurality of precoding candidates, wherein each precoding candidate is associated with a configured SRS resource. The UE may then transmit the SRSs using the associated precoding candidates.

Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may be a UE. The UE receives RSs from a base station. The UE determines, based on the RSs, a second CSI indicator indicating a first precoding configuration of the base station optimized to at least one of improve signal power or reduce interference in an elevation dimension. The UE determines, based on the RSs, a second CSI indicator indicating a second precoding configuration of the base station optimized to at least one of improve the signal power or reduce interference in an azimuth dimension. The UE transmits, to the base station, a first CSI report including at least the first CSI indicator.
