    Abstract: In one aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE), data from one or more beam pairs of a plurality of beams at least partially concurrently; determining, by the UE, one or more signal parameters for the one or more beam pairs; determining, by the UE, one or more joint quasi co-located (QCL) indicators for the one or more beam pairs and one or more non-joint QCL indicators for the one or more beam pairs; and transmitting, by the UE, a measurement report including the one or more joint QCL indicators and the one or more non-joint QCL indicators. In another aspect, a method of wireless communication includes determining a particular beam or beams for transmitting second data based on the measurement report; and transmitting the second data using the particular beam or beams. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer program products for PHY priority for wireless communications are provided. An example apparatus may receive, from a base station, scheduling information for an uplink or downlink transmission indicating an uplink or downlink PHY priority level from a set of priority levels including a first half-duplex priority level, a second half-duplex priority level, a first full-duplex priority level, and a second full-duplex priority level. The example apparatus may transmit or receive the uplink or downlink transmission based on the uplink or downlink PHY priority level indicated by the base station.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state to use for communications with a network entity after switching between TCI modes (e.g., a joint TCI state mode and a separate TCI states mode for uplink transmission and downlink reception). A UE may autonomously switch between the TCI modes based on a trigger event, and may send an indication to a network entity of the trigger event prior to communicating. A UE may identify a TCI configuration with unconfigured power control parameters. The UE may determine a common power control configuration for communicating with a network entity based on applying a rule to the TCI configuration to determine the power control parameters.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, on a first carrier having a first subcarrier spacing (SCS), a scheduling indication via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) scheduling a downlink transmission on a second carrier having a second SCS. The UE may process the downlink transmission on the second carrier based at least in part on a delay between the PDCCH and the scheduled downlink transmission and a timing threshold having a basic term and an adjustment term. For example, the basic term may be based at least in part on a minimum delay between the PDCCH and the scheduled downlink transmission, and the adjustment term may be based at least in part on a processing time due to a difference between the first SCS and the second SCS.     Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to power control for uplink beam sweep. In one aspect, a network entity may determine a beam sweep pattern including one or more beams for a user equipment (UE), the beam sweep pattern associated with transmission on at least one of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) or a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). The network entity may also transmit an indication including the one or more beams for the beam sweep pattern to the UE. In another aspect, a UE may receive an indication including a beam sweep pattern including one or more beams for transmission on at least one of a PUSCH or a PUCCH. The UE may perform beam sweep using one or more beams on at least one of the PUSCH or the PUCCH based on the beam sweep pattern.
