    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Techniques described herein relate to transmission of a multicast message via a common frequency resource (CFR) in a full duplex slot. The CFR may be positioned within the downlink bandwidth parts (BWP)s configured for a group of user equipments (UE)s such that each UE in the group may monitor for and receive the multicast message. The network may indicate the frequency position of the CFR to the group of UEs. The frequency resources (e.g., the resource blocks) configured for downlink for a UE may be different between half duplex slots and full duplex slots. The network and the UE may determine the active CFR for a full duplex slot based on the resources configured for the full duplex slot. The UE may monitor for and receive a multicast transmission in the active CFR in the full duplex slot.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. For instance, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, an indication of a set of time resource common to a set of UEs and available for communication of a multicast transmission from the network entity to two or more of the set of UEs, where the two or more of the set of UEs includes the UE, and where the set of time resources are a subset of a plurality of time resources of a carrier configured for the UE. The UE may receive, from the network entity, a grant for the multicast transmission and the multicast transmission over a subset of the set of resources, where the subset of the set of time resources is determined based on scheduling information associated with the grant and the indication of the set of time resources.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may monitor a search space associated with a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) corresponding to a multicast/broadcast (MBS) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) for at least one MBS PDCCH communication having a payload that is scrambled according to a PDCCH payload scrambling sequence based on a value of a radio network temporary identifier (RNTI), wherein the value of the RNTI is equal to a group-RNTI (G-RNTI) or zero. The UE may receive the at least one MBS PDCCH communication. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for flexible resource allocation. In one aspect, a base station can generate a narrowband data channel including a plurality of resource blocks (RBs). The base station may shift a position of the RBs of the narrowband data channel to align with a wideband resource block group (RBG) boundary. The base station can also adjust a precoding resource block group (PRG) for the narrowband data channel. Also, the base station can transmit the narrowband data channel to a User Equipment (UE) based on adjusting the PRG. In another aspect, the base station may align a beginning or last RB of the plurality of RBs with the wideband RBG boundary and/or align a beginning or last RB of the PRG with the wideband RBG boundary. In another aspect, the base station may transmit an indication to the UE indicating a flexible resource allocation.
