    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method, a base station, and a user equipment (UE). The method includes: generating, by a first base station, downlink radio link control (RLC) protocol data units (PDUs); and sending, by the first base station, a first part of downlink RLC PDUs in the downlink RLC PDUs to a user equipment UE, and sending a second part of downlink RLC PDUs in the downlink RLC PDUs to a second base station, so that the second base station sends the second part of downlink RLC PDUs to the UE. Hence, the first base station and the second base station are capable of jointly sending data to the UE, thereby improving a peak rate and a throughput of the UE.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an offloading method, which includes: receiving, by user equipment, an offloading indication sent by a base station, where the offloading indication is used to indicate an access method for the user equipment to access an access point, the offloading indication includes a security parameter used by the user equipment and the access point to perform bidirectional authentication, the access point belongs to a wireless local area network, the base station belongs to a wireless cellular network, and the security parameter is further sent by the base station to the access point; and performing, by the user equipment, the bidirectional authentication with the access point according to the security parameter sent by the base station to the user equipment, so that the user equipment accesses the access point according to the access method and performs offloading to the wireless local area network.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, a base station, and a user equipment for implementing carrier aggregation. The method includes: determining, by a primary base station, to add a cell for a user equipment UE; and sending, by the primary base station, a first message to the UE, where the first message is used to instruct the UE to add the cell, the first message includes configuration information of the cell and an identifier or index of a base station to which the cell belongs, and the base station to which the cell belongs is a secondary base station. In the embodiments of the present invention, under the control of the primary base station of the UE, a cell of another base station can be added for the UE, so as to implement carrier aggregation between base stations, thereby further increasing user throughput of the UE.

    Abstract: A subframe processing method and device are disclosed. The subframe processing method includes: if data packets that are not received by an evolved NodeB (eNB) include at least two consecutive Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) data packets to be scheduled in a Dynamic Schedule Period (DSP) by the eNB, setting a subframe of the eNB that is used to transmit Dynamic Schedule Information (DSI) corresponding to the DSP to null. When the eNB finds that consecutive MBMS data packets are lost and/or that a type 0 Protocol Data Unit (PDU) group is lost, a subframe used to transmit the DSI may be set to null, thereby preventing the eNB from transmitting incorrect DSI which may interfere with other eNBs and cause incorrect data receiving of a user equipment (UE).

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a service data transmission method and an apparatus, and relate to the communications field, so as to resolve a problem that spectrum utilization in the prior art is relatively low. The method includes: obtaining, by a base station, use permission of at least one first spectrum; broadcasting, by the base station, a service migration message to a terminal by using a second spectrum, where the service migration message is used to instruct the terminal to receive service data on the at least one first spectrum; and sending, by the base station, the service data to the terminal by using the at least one first spectrum.
