    Abstract: The present application provides a touch display substrate, a touch display method and a touch display device. The touch display substrate comprises a plurality of first touch electrodes, a common electrode configured for at least one row of pixel electrodes forms a respective one of the plurality of first touch electrodes, and the plurality of first touch electrodes are insulated from each other. The touch display substrate further comprises a plurality of second touch electrodes, at least one of a plurality of shielding lines forms a respective one of the plurality of second touch electrodes, and the plurality of second touch electrodes are insulated from each other. The plurality of first touch electrodes and the plurality of second touch electrodes are insulated from each other.

    Abstract: An array substrate has a display area and a non-display area disposed at a periphery of the display area. The array substrate includes: a base substrate; at least one gate driver on array (GOA) circuit disposed on the base substrate and disposed in the non-display area; a planarization layer disposed on a side of the at least one GOA circuit facing away from the base substrate; and at least one electrostatic protection portion disposed on a surface of the planarization layer facing away from the base substrate and disposed in the non-display area. An orthographic projection of each GOA circuit on the base substrate is located within an outer boundary of an orthographic projection of a corresponding electrostatic protection portion on the base substrate.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a thin film transistor, an array substrate and a display device. The thin film transistor includes an active layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode. The active layer includes a source electrode contact region, a drain electrode contact region, and a semiconductor channel region arranged therebetween. A conductive layer is provided on the semiconductor channel region and is spaced apart from the source electrode and the drain electrode. The semiconductor channel region is U-shaped when viewed in a plane view of the pixel thin film transistor, and the source electrode includes a U-shaped part corresponding to the U-shaped semiconductor channel region. The conductive layer includes at least one conductive part, and the at least one conductive part is arranged between one end of the drain electrode and the U-shaped part of the source electrode.

The pixel defining layer includes a plurality of pixel defining patterns. Each of the pixel defining patterns includes a first sub-defining pattern and a second sub-defining pattern, the second sub-defining pattern being embedded within the first sub-defining pattern, and an outer edge of the second sub-defining pattern is connected to an inner edge of the first sub-defining pattern, wherein a thickness of the first sub-defining pattern is greater than a thickness of the second sub-defining pattern, and a region surrounded by the second sub-defining pattern is a light emitting region of a light emitting layer.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display and a display device, when the liquid crystal display is powered on, a pixel electrode and a common electrode form an electric field, and liquid crystal molecules are deflected under the action of the electric field. However, due to network of the polymer, the liquid crystal polymer is in a scattering state which destroys the condition of total reflection of light from a backlight between two substrates, in such a manner that at least part of light from the backlight is scattered by the liquid crystal polymer and then is emitted from one side of a first substrate. When the liquid crystal display is in an off-state, a long-axis direction of the liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal polymer is the same as an extending direction of a long-chain in the liquid crystal polymer, and the liquid crystal polymer is in a transparent state.

    Abstract: A touch display screen and a preparation method, display apparatus and drive method therefor. The touch display screen includes: a first substrate and a second substrate arranged opposite each other; a first electrode and a second electrode arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate and capable of generating a horizontal electric field when in a powered-up state; a liquid crystal filled between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a touch sensing electrode provided at an outer side or an inner side of the second substrate. The liquid crystal includes a nematic phase liquid crystal and a long-chain compound dispersed in the nematic phase liquid crystal and enabling the nematic phase liquid crystal to be in a scattered state.
