Abstract: A PUSCH repetition method and device are provided. The PUSCH repetition method includes: a network side device prohibits configuring enabling of a PUSCH uplink transmission skipping function for a terminal, and configure PUSCH repetitions of more than X times; or when the terminal is configured to enable the PUSCH uplink transmission skipping function and is configured to perform PUSCH repetitions of more than X times, prohibiting a resource conflict between scheduled or configured first UCI and a first transmission opportunity. The first transmission opportunity is the last Y transmission opportunities among K transmission opportunities. The PUSCH repetition includes the K transmission opportunities. K, X, and Y are all positive integers, K≥Y, and K is greater than or equal to 2.

Abstract: This application discloses a power saving method and apparatus, a device, and a readable storage medium. The method includes: performing a first behavior when a terminal is in a first state, where the first behavior is different from a behavior of the terminal in a connected state, an idle state, or an inactive state; and the first state includes one of the following: a sleep state, a zero power state, a near-zero power state, a low power state, or an ultra-low power state.

Abstract: This application discloses a method and apparatus for transmitting feedback information, a terminal, and a network-side device. The method for transmitting feedback information includes: receiving feedback time indication information, where the terminal is configured with at least one DL SPS configuration resource, the feedback time indication information is used to indicate at least one first candidate time-domain feedback resource, the first candidate time-domain feedback resource is a candidate time-domain resource for transmission of first feedback information, the first feedback information is feedback information corresponding to a downlink data channel of a first target DL SPS, and the first target DL SPS is at least one of the at least one DL SPS; determining a target time-domain resource based on the feedback time indication information; and transmitting the first feedback information on the target time-domain resource.
