The wake-up signal monitoring method of embodiments of this application includes: determining, by a terminal, wake-up signal monitoring time information in H beacon signal monitoring periodicities based on first information, where H is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and monitoring, by the terminal, a wake-up signal based on the wake-up signal monitoring time information; where the first information includes at least one of the following parameters: beacon signal configuration information, wake-up signal configuration information of the terminal, time unit configuration information, wake-up signal monitoring configuration information, and monitoring relationship configuration information.

The signal processing method includes: a network-side device sends configuration information to a terminal, where the configuration information includes information for indicating a time-frequency resource position at which a low-power wake-up LP-WUS signal is located and information for indicating a time-frequency resource position at which a beacon signal is located, where the LP-WUS signal and the beacon signal do not overlap in a time domain resource position and/or the LP-WUS signal and the beacon signal do not overlap in a frequency domain resource position; and sends the LP-WUS signal and/or the beacon signal to the terminal. The terminal receives the configuration information, and receives the LP-WUS signal and/or the beacon signal according to the configuration information.

The signal receiving method in embodiments of this application includes: determining, by a terminal according to a first frequency domain parameter or a second frequency domain parameter, a target frequency domain parameter configured for receiving a low-power related signal, where the target frequency domain parameter includes at least one of a target center frequency, a target bandwidth, and target frequency domain start and end positions, the first frequency domain parameter is a frequency domain parameter of a first cell in which the terminal is located, and the second frequency domain parameter is a frequency domain parameter specified in a protocol or configured on a network side; and receiving, by the terminal, the low-power related signal according to a frequency domain resource corresponding to the target frequency domain parameter.
