The UE may transmit, at an uplink frequency within the uplink frequency band, the uplink communication with a power that varies over the uplink frequency band based at least in part on a location of the uplink frequency relative to a downlink frequency band associated with the UE. Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to downlink (DL) transmissions using various powers and assigning frequency resources based on the powers. An example base station may transmit, to a first user equipment (UE), an indication of a first transmit (Tx) power for a first DL transmission on a first downlink (DL) resource on a carrier, the first DL resource being at a first frequency. The first DL resource may be at a first frequency. The first Tx power may have a power level configured based on a difference between the first frequency for the first DL resource and an uplink (UL) frequency region of the carrier. Then, the base station may transmit the first DL transmission using the first frequency and the first Tx power. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating serving aperiodic traffic over sidelink using resource adaptation of periodic resource reservations are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a first device includes reserving periodic resources for sidelink transmission. The example method also includes modifying the reserved periodic resources within a period based on a traffic load for the period. The example method also includes transmitting sidelink communication in the period based on the modified periodic resources. Another example method of wireless communication at a wireless device includes receiving a periodic resource reservation for sidelink transmission. The example method also includes receiving a modification of the periodic resource reservation for a period. Further, the example method includes transmitting or receiving sidelink communication in the period based on a modified periodic resource.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for scheduling hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback and controlling the transmit power of the HARQ feedback. An example method generally includes generating a configuration for physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource sets assigned to at least one user equipment (UE), wherein each of the PUCCH resources sets comprises PUCCH resources, transmitting the configuration for the PUCCH resource sets to the at least one UE, generating an uplink control reporting indication indicating the PUCCH resources associated with downlink demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port groups, transmitting the uplink control reporting indication, to the at least one UE, for use in reporting uplink control information (UCI), and receiving at least a part of the UCI associated with at least one of the downlink DMRS port groups from the at least one UE via the PUCCH resources indicated in the uplink control reporting indication.

Abstract: A configurable new radio (NR) RACH procedure that may be executed by a UE and a base station is disclosed. A configuration to determine, by a user equipment, a random access procedure timeline, from multiple random access procedure timelines that each define a different duration between one or more messages that are communicated in a random access procedure can be determined or transmitted. A random access preamble can be received from the UE based on the random access procedure timeline, and a response to the random access preamble can be determined or transmitted based on the random access procedure timeline.
