    Abstract: Wireless communications systems, apparatuses and methods related to communicating control information are provided. A user equipment (UE) may include a memory, a transceiver, and at least one processor coupled to the memory and the transceiver, wherein the UE is configured to receive a first reference signal associated with a first serving cell, measure at least one of a power delay profile (PDP) associated with the first reference signal or an angle of arrival (AOA) associated with the first reference signal, and determine a beam failure associated with a second reference signal associated with a second serving cell based on the at least one of the PDP or the AOA, wherein the second serving cell is different from the first serving cell.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described for enabling a network equipment to reduce interference for downlink (DL) transmissions to a first device by determining a transmit precoding matrix indicator (TPMI) for uplink (UL) transmissions transmitted by a second device based on feedback from the first device. The first device may determine a subset of possible TPMIs that the second device may use for UL transmissions for full-duplex communications. The first device may indicate the subset to the network equipment. Based on the subset indicated by the first device, the network equipment may determine a pairing of the first device and the second device for full-duplex communications. Additionally, the network equipment may determine a TPMI for the second device to use in UL transmissions and indicate the TPMI to the second device.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for channel state information (CSI) reporting with frequency domain (FD) compression. A method that can be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes determining the size of the intermediate set based on one or more parameters included in the CSI report configuration, determining one or more FD bases for each layer based on the intermediate set, wherein the one or more FD bases are characterized by an M value indicative of a number of the one or more FD bases and based on the CSI report configuration, and reporting the one or more FD bases for each layer based on the size of the intermediate set.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may detect and report blockage conditions based on measuring signal strengths of reference signals. A UE may determine a slew rate for the signal strength, corresponding to a rate of change of a signal strength parameter (e.g., a reference signal received power (RSRP) or a received signal strength indicator (RSSI)) with respect to time, and report the slew rate to a base station to indicate signal strength degradation (e.g., due to a blockage). In some examples, the UE may define multiple slew rates associated with different rates of change of the signal strength parameter with respect to time. When the UE crosses a level of slew rate, the UE may indicate this to the base station to initiate mitigation procedures. In some examples, the techniques described herein may be extended to reporting slew rates for multiple beams.

For each of the beams, the UE groups the time domain taps into at least first and second groups. The groups each can have zero, one, or more than one time domain taps.
