Abstract: Aspects relate to limiting the number of missed reservations by a wireless communication device, such as a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) device. The wireless communication device may calculate a missed reservation metric associated with one or more missed reservations missed by the wireless communication device. The wireless communication device may then limit additional reservations when the missed reservation metric exceeds a missed reservation limit.

Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus may be a first UE in a bundled TTI comprising a first TTI and a second TTI. The first UE is configured to receive a first data transmission and a first reference signal from a second UE in the first TTI, to transmit a SRS to the second UE, and to receive a second data transmission having one or more transmission parameters adapted based on the SRS in the second TTI. In certain aspects, the first UE is configured to transmit a first data transmission and a first reference signal to a second UE in the first TTI, to receive a SRS from the second UE, to adapt one or more transmission parameters for a second data transmission in the second TTI based on the SRS, and to transmit the second data transmission to the second UE in the second TTI.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may utilize priority levels associated with packets or transmissions to determine whether to transmit feedback for a received transmission. The UE may compare priority levels between a transmission subject to a feedback condition and a transmission scheduled to be received when the feedback is scheduled to be transmitted to determine whether to send the feedback. The UE may communicate with the transmitting device according to the comparison and the determining. The UE may determine signal conditions causing a NAK and determine to send the NAK based on the signal conditions.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a first kind of synchronization signals from a first synchronization source and may receive a second kind of synchronization signals from a second synchronization source. Additionally, the UE may determine a first priority for the first synchronization source and a second priority for the second synchronization source based on whether each synchronization source is connected to a global navigation satellite system from information in the synchronization signals. Accordingly, the UE may then select the synchronization source with the higher priority and communicate with one or more additional UEs based on synchronizing with the selected synchronization source. In some cases, the first kind of synchronization signals may include sidelink synchronization signals, and the second kind of synchronization signals may include data-based synchronization signals (e.g., demodulation reference signals).

A first device may identify that a first set of transmission resources in a transmission time interval (TTI) has a higher priority at a second device than a second set of transmission resources in the TTI. The first device may identify that a message is to be transmitted from the first device to the second device via the TTI and process the message into a bit sequence based on the identification of the second set of transmission resources in the TTI, where the processing increases a likelihood that systematic bits of the message are received at the second device despite presence of the second set of transmission resources in the TTI. The first device may transmit the bit sequence to the second device via the TTI.
