Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are related to a resource scheduling method and apparatus, so as to reduce a sending latency of resource scheduling to meet a sending latency requirement of a future service. The method includes: when determining that a service that needs to be carried meets a trigger condition of sending a resource scheduling request, sending, by a terminal, the resource scheduling request to a base station, where the resource scheduling request is used to request the base station to allocate an uplink resource to the terminal, and the resource scheduling request includes at least one of a priority indication of the service, a scheduling-free sending indication, a scheduling-free sending failure indication, a semi-persistent resource request, and a data buffer size indication; and allocating, by the base station, the uplink resource to the terminal based on the resource scheduling request. In such resource scheduling manner, a sending latency of a service can be reduced.

Abstract: A radio resource scheduling method and a related device are provided. In the method: a terminal determines a channel status of a channel according to at least one of first status information that is of the channel and that is indicated by a secondary eNodeB or second status information that is of the channel and that is obtained by the terminal. The terminal sends, to a master eNodeB, a first notification message configured to indicate the channel status, so that the master eNodeB performs radio resource scheduling for the terminal according to the first notification message. When the secondary eNodeB has not yet performed scheduling for the terminal, the master eNodeB allocates more radio resources to the terminal, and can obtain more chances for allocating a radio resource.

Abstract: A method for reporting a channel status and a device are disclosed. A user equipment UE uses M cells to transmit data, and the method includes: transmitting, by the base station, configuration signaling to the UE, where the configuration signaling includes a reporting period of channel state information CSI of N cells in the M cells; transmitting, by the base station, channel status request signaling to the UE, where the channel status request signaling is used to instruct the UE to report the CSI of the N cells; and receiving, by the base station, CSI of a cell that is in the N cells and that is managed by the base station, where the CSI is transmitted by the UE according to the reporting period. A corresponding base station and a corresponding user equipment are further disclosed.
