Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that support slot format determination for extended cyclic prefix (ECP) transmissions using normal cyclic prefix (NCP) slot formats. A slot format indicator (SFI) for NCP slots may identify transmission directions (e.g., uplink symbols, downlink symbols, or flexible symbols) for different symbols within a slot, and the SFI may provide an indication of a particular slot format that is to be used. Starting and ending times of each NCP symbol in a slot may be time domain mapped to starting and ending times of each ECP symbol in the slot. A transmission direction of each ECP symbol may be determined based at least in part on the transmission direction of at least a portion of at least one NCP symbol that fully or partially overlaps in the time domain with a corresponding ECP symbol.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to enhanced procedures for search, measurement, and positioning with aid of motion detection information. According to certain aspects, a method is provided for wireless communications which may be performed, for example, by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes determining one or more parameters of the UE; dynamically adjusting a periodicity of at least one of: cell search and measurements or global positioning system (GPS) signal acquisition based, at least in part, on the one or more parameters; and performing at least one of: the cell search and measurements or GPS signal acquisition according to the adjusted periodicity. In aspects, an enhanced technique for motion state detection is provided. The method may result in power savings, for example, when the UE is stationary and can reduce the periodicity that the UE performs search, measurement and GPS signal acquisition.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit channel state information (CSI) that is based on a precoded cross link interference (CLI) channel at the UE. For example, a network entity may transmit a control message to a first UE that indicates a reporting configuration for indicating CSI associated with a channel between the first UE and the network entity. The first UE may generate the CSI based on a precoded CLI channel at the first UE associated with at least one uplink transmission associated with a second UE, where the precoded CLI channel is generated using at least one estimated CLI channel associated with the at least one uplink transmission and at least one candidate precoding matrix associated with the second UE. In accordance with the reporting configuration, the first UE may transmit the CSI to the network entity.

Abstract: A method by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving at least one time offset for scheduling non-terrestrial communications. The at least one first time offset is configured according to a numerology and/or a bandwidth part (BWP). The UE communicates in accordance with the time offset(s). The time offset may be a single time offset that applies across all numerologies or may be multiple time offsets, each specific to a particular numerology or bandwidth part (BWP). The time offset may be a single time offset scaled based on a current numerology configured for communications. The time offset may apply across different bandwidth parts (BWPs) or across multiple component carriers from which the UE is receiving downlink data.
