    Abstract: Methods and apparatus related to interference management for a spectrum (e.g., unlicensed band) shared among multiple wireless communication devices (e.g., user equipment or base stations). A first wireless communication device may generate and transmit to a second wireless communication device an indication that facilitates interference management (e.g., interference estimation, suppression, and/or mitigation). For example, an interfering device may indicate its transmission characteristics to an interfered device to facilitate receiver-side interference suppression, or an interfered device may indicate its reception characteristics to an interfering device to facilitate transmitter-side interference mitigation.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to drone user equipment (UE) indications that may be conveyed to a wireless network. In particular, a UE that has flight capabilities (i.e., capabilities to operate as an unmanned aircraft system) and optional further capabilities to report a current height level may indicate such capabilities to the wireless network. As such, the wireless network may differentiate the drone UE from other UEs that only operate on the ground. Furthermore, the optional current height level may enable the wireless network to differentiate among drone UEs operating at different heights and/or from other UEs that are operating on the ground. The wireless network may further use the information indicating the flight capabilities either alone or in combination with the optional height information to configure power control parameters, manage interference, provide mobility management functions, generate neighbor lists, control beamforming, or implement a radio resource configuration or management procedure.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications and, more particularly, to synchronization for standalone long term evolution (LTE) broadcast. In one aspect, a method is provided which may be performed by a wireless device such as a base station (BS). The method generally includes providing unicast coverage to one or more user equipments (UEs) in a unicast coverage area within a larger coverage area, transmitting unicast data in one or more subframes, and transmitting synchronization signals within one or more of the broadcast subframes, wherein the broadcast signals are transmitted as single frequency network (SFN) transmissions synchronized with transmissions from one or more other base stations providing unicast coverage within the larger coverage area.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques that may be used for low latency communications. For example, aspects allow a single group acknowledgement to be used to acknowledge a plurality of low latency transmissions. An exemplary method generally includes receiving, from a base station, a plurality of downlink channel transmissions, wherein each of the downlink channel transmissions is sent using a first transmission time interval (TTI) that is reduced relative to a legacy TTI and providing, in a single uplink channel transmission sent using a second TTI that is larger than the first TTI, a group acknowledgement indicating whether or not the downlink channel transmissions were successfully received by a UE.
